Some payments are hard to make as its overseas for my company

Pros

It’s ease of use and mass email setting.

Cons

Hard to navigate some functions like the payment functions. We moved to Xero for this because of the complications

We find it difficult to find things - our members find it hard to navigate around. drop down menus in different locations to windows....... Need to under procedures - not written to enter data. eg put people in contacts before you can add them as members etc.

Cons

Everything is one location.

That there doesn't seem to be a way of turning off purchasing tickets after a certain date.

TidyHQ has made a significant difference in managing our rugby club, with simple and easy to use features. Previously we used spreadsheets to manage our accounts, and now it's kept on the TidyHQ system. From an audit perspective, everything is there, you can do your invoicing, set up your memberships, even run ticketed events. AND ITS FREE with no monthly fees. We set up social memberships via the platform, and started with around 50, then went to 92, and last year we had over 150. New features keep coming out and I highly recommend the platform to any sports clubs, non-profits and even small business wanting to manage their affairs.

Pros

The east of use and the event calenders. Additionally, the fact that it allows us to have a personalized web-page has proved to be really fruitful for us. The file storage option, although less used by us, is worthy of a mention too.

Cons

If i was to be really picky, I think the layout of the dashboard can be made more user-friendly however it's still quite fit for purpose.

Pros

Practical and makes running our organisation much easier. I like that it automatically sends out reminders to renew membership. I like the meeting software.

Cons

Sometimes difficult to navigate and find things... such as sending a receipt for a membership. Would like to see a lower cost option than the current entry level.

Sadly the cost of it means that we as a club can't justify it as we have our own website with email functionality and also a Registration site/Membership site run by our association.

Pros

meetings, calendar, tasks make running meetings and following through on issues/tasks/approvals really easy.

Cons

never sure whether the emails I send are going to people's spam - I didn't like the set up of the inbox particularly - it was too group orientated for me. BUT we didn't use it much so didn't explore better way of doing things ever.

We are a National Textile Art Group and TidyHQ is just what we needed, we can have our on line meetings with the meeting minutes live, everything at our fingertips no more having to interrupt the secretary to be able to obtain information, members and all contacts easily accessible, and great on line help when required. Can't wait to see how this program grows. Storage for documents like our Constitution, processes and protocols at our fingertips. Easy ticketing for our events. I just love this program.

Pros

TidyHQ is a platform that is so easy to use that we can spend more time on our members, and less on administration. The development team has also been hugely supportive.

Cons

I have very little negative to say about TidyHQ. We have been very happy with the platform for needs.

It is reasonably easy to use for most functions I need which are communicating with the committee of our organisation and tracking tasks

Cons

never had any tutorials so finding how to do things can be cumbersome - still don't know how to create a contact group for messaging

Allows small clubs to manage their affairs in one location, without the need to pay for separate email and web hosted. The minutes feature keeps getting better.

Cons

New pricing model is not in line with small clubs. The restrictions on the number of users should be reconsidered for the basic version.

You can set it up for what you need so easily. Add suppliers, members and contacts so emailing is made easy.

Cons

Cant do multiply accounts or BAS. We have three accounts and had to set up three systems, one for each account

Pros

Nice usability, quick and simple to use. It doesn't take forever to set whatever up and change things when they need changing

Cons

Cuts from online commerce is too large. I'm also dissapointed that they still take a cut from premium users

Love the platform overall, has made our administration so much easier and has given us the ability to consolidate information that was previously held in multiple spreadsheets. We can now immediately email groups of contacts, view dashboards eg. financial information and easily create webpages to support our information channels. Great value for any club wanting to consolidate and reduce administration.

The support from the IT team is the best I have ever come across

Pros

Since our Association moved our system to TidyHQ we have found it very easy to use especially as we have our members spread far and wide across the state. The easiness of sending emails, invoices and adding meetings, minutes, files etc are a benefit to our Association

Cons

The members find it difficult to access and update their personal details

Ability to generate and share flexible agendas Creating minutes during the meeting..... this is fabulous Assigning and tracking tasks is so easy One place online for all your meeting requirements

Cons

The financial record keeping is a bit cumbersome & clunky, plus lacks the ability for bank feeds

Very easy to setup has lots of flexible features. The UI is much nicer and cleaner than many others I've used. Great built in security model for adjusting different members permissions. I was looking at the lowest tier NationBuilder but this is a much better option. Glad I found it.

We use MailChimp for emails out to members because of design functions. Links to social media? Online tutorials?
