Cons

i cannot work out how to use the site. i can't even find where to look to see how many people visit the website.

Pros

Simple and easy to use but I suspect there’s slot more under the covers

Cons

That the platform name keeps coming up which confuses out customers and members

Pros

Ease of use and simplicity. The layout is easy to use with well thought out and planned tab positions.

Cons

Nothing. All good. I don't find anything to dislike. It is enjoyable to use and i cannot think of any negatives.

Pros

TidyHQ makes it easy to set up agendas and input meeting minutes for our organisation. It provides a very slick way to send meeting invites and have people electronically respond. This is a much more efficient and professional-looking method than keeping random documents on thumb drives.

Cons

The email system is usable but clunky. I wish it was easier, for instance, to send the minutes just to the people who attended a meeting (attendees are easily noted in the system) for review.

Pros

Because of our group and it's needs, your site is free for us to use. The help I am receiving is very much appreciated.

Cons

It seems to change . Example, pictures from Front Facing page disappear and google map appears. In some of the help pages, the images jump around making it hard to concentrate for an older person.

its not to bad but every time I go two use it I stuff the report and I cant correct it and I don't neede any idiot to tell me I have to have a hundred characters

Access to club information on any device with internet!

Pros

Perfect for our NFP organisation! Great behind the scenes information to our committee members. No more filing cabinets in storage somewhere!

Cons

Still needs more features when signing up Members. For eg, Directing them to the Shop, or other Webpages

Great program. Easy to use. Need to get more committee members on board so we can use to generate our member invoices etc.

Pros

How easily i can generate the committee minutes after a meeting. No need to go home and write it neatly out so everyone can read it. Just tidy up some spelling mistakes and send to all committee members.

Cons

Sometimes doesn't create a duplicate meeting in the same order a the previous meeting.

Easily shared information between members. Financial functions. Emails easy to send. Easy to set up.

Cons

No ability to import bank statements to reconcile financials which would save a lot of time each month

Pros

Easy and straight forward, very simple and tidy. This saves labour time and paper work, where everything can be done online for my small club. Information is always up to date and easy to access

Cons

It appears to be complex in the beginning and requires a bit of training. It would be good if there was an annual report and lower fees.

I really like that all the Association documents can be in one place - meeting minutes, financial reports etc.

Cons

I am not sure if receipts are sent to people; would like to see what is being sent back to them when they become members. This could also be a factor of my inexperience with the software.

Pros

The software is easy to use. The layout is relatively intuitive and makes for fairly stress free operation.

Cons

No search function that I can find. Inability to save minutes without closing and re-opening. It would be nice if you could progress save.
