President Wine and Spirits Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Highly recommend for any retailer with a subscription club" March 8, 2020 5.0 We have seen a dramatic increase in our customer's ability to sign up seamlessly on our website and also use the automation to let customers self-maintain credit card info and update other club information without having our staff need to interact. It integrates seamlessly with the POS system we use in our wineries so that most of the time the staff never even needs to interact with Vines OS. We highly recommend this wine club system for any retailer who has a subscription club. Pros The support is awesome. The \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], is very technically knowledgeable and involved in making sure each customer is satisfied. Cons There are sometimes challenges caused by the credit card industry updating their back end systems that can cause hiccups, but its temporary and Vines OS is always on top of it when it occurs. Pros Virtually everything about the system works remarkably well. While there are glitches and adjustments that will likely surface, what has been most satisfying is how well the support team immediately addresses every issue that comes up. They actually see these issues as an opportunity to learn more about how different businesses use their product, and how they can utilize these issues in making their software work in various business models. The personal attention that's been paid to my business is almost embarrassing. I feel like I'm related to someone there. I can't imagine there's a better system out there for us. Cons I can't think of a single thing to say here. Director Of Operations Wine and Spirits Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Wine Club Management" October 30, 2019 5.0 Working with the rep and the team at Vines OS has been great. Especially their willingness to quickly work to solve any problems that might arise. Pros Vines OS has streamlined our wine club management, and their team continually makes updates to the system, making that process more efficient. We routinely sell tickets to events on our website and Vines OS offers the ability for wine club members to purchase tickets to those events at a discount using their login information. Members can also update their credit card information through our website, instead of having to call and speak to someone at the winery. If we ever have any issues that we need help with their team quickly works to solve those issues, which we appreciate very much! Cons This is not a con necessarily, but we do not use the shipping part of their software as we do not ship our wines anywhere. They are only available at the winery. I was impressed and continue to be impressed with the relationship built between us and the VinesOS team. It's a small team so you really get to develop a relationship and they get to understand your unique business. There have been a number of things that have come up that we'd say, "Gosh, it would be really nice if the system could..." And, within a day they have a reasonably priced estimate on the cost for that customization and a realistic date to complete it. So the platform continues to grow with us and our needs. This level of customization has not been possible with any other software companies that we have used – and we have experienced a few. Pros The fact that VinesOS was set up to directly sync with Revel is what made us make the switch almost a year ago. The VinesOS team assisted us with making sure that everything was set up to work seamlessly and continues to do so as little things come up here and there. Cons I wish there were better control features between the permission sets of different users. It hasn't been a problem but it would be nice to have limited access for some and expanded access for others. Review Source JS Jessica S.
