La experiencia general ha sido muy positiva. El equipo de Mapex ofrece un trato cercano, profesional y con una clara orientación al servicio y al soporte al cliente. Se agradece especialmente su disposición a colaborar y adaptar soluciones según nuestras necesidades.

Pros

La capacidad de personalización y adaptación es destacable; gran parte del código abierto permite una elevada autonomía. Cuenta con múltiples módulos que cubren distintas necesidades de negocio y sectores. Se integra fácilmente con componentes de planta como etiquetadoras, básculas o PLCs, así como con ERPs líderes del mercado. La curva de aprendizaje es rápida y la interfaz, muy intuitiva, lo que resulta especialmente útil en entornos industriales.

Cons

Aunque los distintos módulos disponibles son útiles individualmente, su integración podría ser más fluida. A veces se perciben como soluciones separadas, lo que dificulta una experiencia totalmente unificada.

En general muy buena, actualmente son resolutivos, organizados y te saben orientar hacia soluciones óptimas.

Pros

Software modular y adaptable a las necesidades de la empresa. Rápido acceso visual a indicadores y estado de planta. Buen desarrollo general de la aplicación. Opciones infinitas de customización y abiertos a realizar evolutivos y mejoras. Están en constante desarrollo del software y mejoras con las nuevas tecnologías de la información.

Cons

Al principio resolución de problemas y evolutivos, pero han resuelto con eficiencia y rapidez. Están también optimizando la comunicación de los terminales de planta con el servidor, que a veces en planta el SCADA era algo lento.
