It also saves time on routine scheduling tasks and makes it easier to keep track of upcoming appointments. Overall, it is a simple tool that does what I need without making the process overly complicated. Cons Some of the settings can take a little time to figure out, especially when you want to customize the scheduling experience. I also think the interface could be a little more intuitive in certain areas. There are quite a few options available, but sometimes it takes some searching to find exactly what you are looking for. Pros The tracking abilities are undeniably its strongest asset. It seamlessly handles custom conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and UTM appending without forcing you to jump through hoops. The direct integrations keep client data and referral sources highly organized, letting you see exactly what marketing efforts are actually driving bookings. Good value for cost of monthly! Cons here is a bit of a learning curve if you need to implement advanced iframe tracking or highly customized CSS for specific analytics. It gets the job done once properly configured, but the initial setup for those complex tracking loops requires a little patience. Pros This scheduling application is a good alternative to others out on the market. It can help with my medical appointments and prescriptions. Cons It was hard to get used to setting it up. I did not want to store information about my medical history as I was secure about the tool since it is my first time using it. It has made booking appointments much more organized and reduced scheduling conflicts. Once it's set up, it works smoothly. Pros Acuity Scheduling is very easy to use. Clients can book appointments on their own, which saves a lot of back-and-forth emails. The calendar sync works well. Cons Some useful features are only available on the higher-priced plans, and the interface can feel a little overwhelming at first. That's the biggest reason I use Acuity. Pros I like the ease of being able to schedule appointments with clients seamlessly and having these meeting times organized. Cons There really isn't much I don't like about Acuity. I've had an overall great experience and love it with schedule clients. I did not like the lack of versatility, as it did not allow customized automation without using third party tools. Pros The software worked well for the value of my dollar. It was easy to use, and even process payments on. Cons I did not like the workflow. I prefer the Calendly platform or GoDaddy's Booking platform. Also, there was no way to change the workflows without using a tool like Zapier.
