Gut überschaubar, Teameinteilung super einfach und die Ansichten oder auch Bearbeitung ist einfach und leicht gemacht

An sich habe ich nichts auszusetzen. Allerdings ist das Programm teilweise etwas langsam oder hängt sich auf.

Responsable d'un tiers-lieu culturel qui propose des salles communes à la réservation pour l'organisation d'activités artistiques et d'évènements culturels, je reçois de nombreuses demandes d'associations / artistes et c'est pourquoi la facilité d'utilisation et la visualisation rapide sont essentiels car j'utilise le logiciel tous les jours.

Pros

PlanningPME est très facile d'utilisation car intuitif avec mot clé pour trouver les noms. Il permet aussi une visualisation très facile avec la possibilité d'associer des couleurs différentes lors des réservations. Enfin le rapport d'activité en fin d'année est un vrai plus pour le suivi des informations principales.

Cons

Aucun problème majeur dans l'utilisation quotidienne de logiciel. Pas d'avis spécifique quand à une amélioration souhaitée.

PlanningPME fait désormais partie intégrante de notre gestion d’entreprise. Toutes nos équipes terrain et bureau l’utilisent quotidiennement pour connaître leurs missions du jour, le matériel topographique et le véhicule qui leur sont attribués. Ce logiciel centralise parfaitement nos plannings multi-ressources, améliorant nettement la coordination et la visibilité pour tous.

Pros

J’apprécie particulièrement l’intuitivité du logiciel, qui permet une prise en main rapide, et sa complétude, couvrant tous les aspects de la gestion de planning (calendriers partagés, tâches récurrentes, rappels, gestion des ressources et reporting). Idéal pour un bureau de géomètres qui doit gérer autant les ressources matérielles que humaines au quotidien.

Cons

Bien que l’interface est globalement très réussie, j’apprécierais une gestion par onglets/services supplémentaire.

planningPME remplit assez bien son rôle de solution de planification centrale et permet de mieux répartir la charge, et permet d'éviter les conflits de ressources.

Pros

La vue planning est très claire, avec différentes échelles de temps, ce qui permet de voir directement les disponibilités, les surcharges ainsi que les absences.

Cons

L'interface reste un peu datée et certaines limites d'ergonomie peuvent apparaitre sur les gros plannings.

Nous utilisons ce logiciel depuis plusieurs année pour la gestion logistique de nos événements et la réservation de nos salles de réunion.

Pros

Le gain de temps est considérable. La visibilité sur les disponibilités en temps réel nous a permis d’éviter de nombreux doublons ou erreurs de planning. L’interface est claire, la création d’événements est rapide, et toutes les informations sont centralisées et faciles à retrouver. L’outil répond parfaitement aux besoins de notre équipe, et l’assistance technique est à l’écoute et très professionnelle.

Cons

Les fonctions de recherche et de filtrage pourraient être plus flexibles afin de mieux gérer le volume de réservations et les critères multiples. Nous savons que des améliorations sont en cours, et cela rend la solution encore plus prometteuse pour l’avenir. Malgré cet aspect perfectible, nous restons très satisfaits de l’expérience globale et des gains de temps réalisés.

Je suis généralement très satisfait de ce logiciel, qui présente une solution simple pour notre planning, que l'on peut toutefois compléter par une grande diversité de modules. Il faut aussi noter que l'équipe est très obligeante et généreuse pour aider.

Pros

Un des points forts que j'apprécie est la simplicité visuelle du logiciel. En un coup d'oeil toute l'équipe peut prendre connaissance du planning. Depuis que nous sommes passés à le version Premium nous utilisons une fonction très utile pour nos poseurs : les pièces-jointes. La modularité est également très appréciable : nous pouvons vraiment adapter le logiciel aux besoins de l'entreprise.

Cons

Il faut tout de même noter une courbe d'apprentissage pour le logiciel, mais une fois qu'on est habitué on arrive à naviguer le menu et faire les changements qu'on veut.

With planningPME i no longer have any communication issues with my employes, now we can concentrate more on production

key communication tool that allows the centralization of information, enables all and any to know what has to be done in a given timeframe and warn coworkers of any change in order to improve productivity.

Cons

Can be complicated to understand , but once you learn its becomes easier. Great things take time and energy

My overall experience was positive particularly regarding its user-friendly interface, flexibility, and ability to handle various scheduling needs

Pros

Real-time visibility, customizability and ease of use and integration options to connect with other SWs including MS Excel, Power BI and etc.

Cons

Performance slowdown with large files, initial complexity for new users and possibly extensive training, "Today" button is required to navigate back to the current date, rather than the first column always showing the current date

It has been ideal for working in remote teams, enabling seamless collaboration with everyone in real time, helping each other improve each task or reduce the time allotted.

Pros

It has been very useful for scheduling resources, absences, and tasks because it allows for easy integration of all this information into the system, allowing for better organization. Visualizations are the key to correctly verifying the order of tasks and enabling real-time collaboration that reflects the changes we make to validate what needs to be completed or improved for each project. Their customer service staff has always been very kind in answering each of my questions, rectifying any concerns I have that could delay my process.

Cons

I don't entirely like the mobile app; not all the features are the same as the web version, and I find it a bit slow to load information. The web version is wonderful.
