Prima di PME non utilizzavamo nessuno strumento, ma esclusivamente dei file excel condivisi. PME è sicuramente un prodotto che vale il suo costo. Riesce a gestire un buon numero di risorse raggruppate in maniera dinamica e dislocate su vari progetti di varia natura. Graficamente è un prodotto "vecchiotto" (di fatto è un excel spostato su web) ma, conoscendone i limiti, ha una buona fruibilità e quasi tutti i suoi limiti si riescono a raggirare, al costo di allungare un po' le tempistiche operative. Pros Allineato alla modalità con cui oggi gestiamo internamente la pianificazione. Cons Non perfettamente fruibile a livello grafico. Bassa personalizzabilità a livello grafico. Interfaccia da smartphone pressoché inutilizzabile. Il prodotto PlanningPME consente una vera personalizzazione dell'interfaccia, dalla visualizzazione temporale alla vista generale della pianificazione, passando per i numerosi tipi di filtri disponibili. Come ha giustamente menzionato, è possibile creare un collegamento sul dispositivo mobile, anche se non si tratta di un'applicazione mobile vera e propria. Per quanto riguarda l'aspetto grafico, stiamo attualmente riflettendo su una possibile revisione grafica. Non esiti a condividere con il suo rivenditore eventuali aspetti grafici che ritiene problematici, in modo da aiutarci a perfezionare i miglioramenti futuri. Il faut aussi noter que l'équipe est très obligeante et généreuse pour aider. Pros Un des points forts que j'apprécie est la simplicité visuelle du logiciel. En un coup d'oeil toute l'équipe peut prendre connaissance du planning. Depuis que nous sommes passés à le version Premium nous utilisons une fonction très utile pour nos poseurs : les pièces-jointes. La modularité est également très appréciable : nous pouvons vraiment adapter le logiciel aux besoins de l'entreprise. Pros It has been very useful for scheduling resources, absences, and tasks because it allows for easy integration of all this information into the system, allowing for better organization. Visualizations are the key to correctly verifying the order of tasks and enabling real-time collaboration that reflects the changes we make to validate what needs to be completed or improved for each project. Their customer service staff has always been very kind in answering each of my questions, rectifying any concerns I have that could delay my process. Cons I don't entirely like the mobile app; not all the features are the same as the web version, and I find it a bit slow to load information. The web version is wonderful. Six weeks in and still learning all the powerful ways we can manage our trainings and slice & dice specific reports to optimize and track our training activity + easily generate KPI reports to leaders. Pros Visualization of our 100+ concurrent trainings with detailed data drill-downs to our heart's content. Allows us to proactively manage trainings, trainer and trainee conflicts, and all stakeholders who need various levels of awareness of our training activity: also love that we can manage user view-only levels in PPME. Cons Configuring the tool to your specific needs takes a bit of time. No question PPME empowers you to do that and the up-front support from the PPME team was solid.
