Overall: After several years and two failures with previous software vendors in our quest for a truly convergent billing system for our wireline, wireless, data and internet business services, Advantage360's software offered all the functionality and capability that we sought. With the threat of liberalization of the Telecoms market and the emergence of new competitive forces quickly approaching, Advantage360's staff adeptly stepped up to the challenge and helped us meet our critical deadlines for migrating off our legacy billing system. Thanks to Avantage360 we are better poised to be more creative and flexible in our product offerings which is vital for our remaining a viable entity in what will be an extremely competitive Telecoms marketplace. We are very pleased to have forged a relationship with them

Pros: Very flexible. Consolidates many customer functions into a single software solution. The Company is constantly looking for ways to enhance the system.

Cons: The system has so many options, it is almost impossible fully implement them all at once. Our approach is to continually implement functionality as time and schedules permit, allowing us to master areas of the system while still adding new functionality for our end-users.

Overall: Advantage 360 has provided us with the flexibility to offer our customers new services, plans, and billing options with its standard features. It has also significantly reduced our staff's workload due to its streamlined functionality. We value our relationship with Advantage 360 and look forward to expanding our use.

Pros: The excellent Support and Customer Service received from Advantage 360 staff met all our business requirements. They are innovative and responsive in providing solutions to all out demands. This is a great company and we look forward to growing out business with their support.

Cons: Not applicable

Overall: I would recommend Advantage 360 to other Telco companies based on my dealings with their entire team.

Pros: OSS360 has been the right solution for our company. We have a variety of services that we offer, each with its own billing and customer care requirements. We have been able to streamline our processes and automate many of the functions that we previously did manually. Advantage 360 staff are knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with.

Cons: Because the system is so robust and versatile it takes a bit of work to get the back end set up, but once it's in place it's not difficult to manage and maintain.

Overall: We knew that we would realize some cost savings by merging our wireless, wireline, internet and IPTV billing systems into a single solution. What we did not expect is staff coming to management for more work because they were out of things to do. CFO, Strata Networks
