"Didn’t work with my website and they wouldn’t refund me."

**Overall:** Awful

**Pros:** I didn’t like anything because it didn’t work

**Cons:** The customer service person was rude and didn’t try to help me with a refund, a quickbook salesperson sold it to me and Webgility wouldn’t stand behind their product and refund me.

**Reasons for Choosing Webgility:** QuickBooks told me it would work and it didn’t and they wouldn’t do anything about it.

"Terrible, do not purchse!"

**Pros:** Implementation expert was friendly and supportive.

**Cons:** Terrible customer service. Lost thousands trying to integrate with them. Tried to cancel order but they weren't able to give even a partial refund. Said I missed their 30 day refund policy, yet it took them over 60 days to get us set up?? How could I make the 30 day refund period when the set up took longer than 30 days??
