Don't use this company, ever. Try other options. Pros When I first signed up years ago, it was worthwhile to pay a monthly fee to get discount shipping. And it WAS relatively easy to use. Until it wasn't. And better options came along. Cons The lack of 7 days a week live support was puzzling at the beginning and became increasingly annoying. I finally found a FREE alternative (Veeqo) that was just as good and canceled ShippingEasy. The primary benefit of using ShippingEasy is for inventory management. If we didn’t have it, tracking and managing our stock as items are sold would be difficult. The system helps us change inventory figures swiftly on all platforms, which stops us from overselling products. Saved us monies on lots of shipments. Pros ease of use and that I could compare multiple options all in one place. made the workflow easier and kept track of my shipments with tracking numbers. Cons our system kept restarting and wouldn't stay on the home screen, thus providing a little bit of confusion for some members of the team. and they couldn't figure out they should save frequently used addresses. Do NOT use this software! Their support team has no answers for you. Supposedly my concerns are shared by many customers, but I have seen no resolution over the last two weeks. Pros I am so unbelievably frustrated that I cannot recommend anything about Shipping Easy right now. Until they are able to figure this issue out, I do not recommend investing in the software. Cons This is the most frustrating company. Do NOT use this software They have security features that are consistently pausing my account with no 24/7 support. They put a limit on labels you can print but then offer no solutions when we tell them we need to print. Tonight my account was paused twice in the middle of a big label printing project.
