May 3, 2019 5.0 I am a seller on a popular online marketplace that has recently increased their shipping rates for sellers. This led to a substantial profit decrease on lower-weight items shipped via USPS First-Class. The discounted rates on ShippingEasy beat the rates of the online marketplace. This has helped my business restore its profits on such items. Pros The thing I absolutely like the most about ShippingEasy is that they offer a FREE plan with plenty of features - something that's hard to find elsewhere. The most useful feature included with all plans is the integration with an Amazon seller account. This allows me to print labels for orders received, view FBA inventory, and manage reviews. The free plan includes 50 shipments per month, integration with an unlimited number of stores/carts/marketplaces, and batch label printing. Cons One feature that's lacking in the FREE plan is the ability to link carrier accounts other than USPS. It would be nice if I were able to link my FedEx account with ShippingEasy. This feature is included in the paid plans, however. Don't use this company, ever. Try other options. Pros When I first signed up years ago, it was worthwhile to pay a monthly fee to get discount shipping. And it WAS relatively easy to use. Until it wasn't. And better options came along. Cons The lack of 7 days a week live support was puzzling at the beginning and became increasingly annoying. They are responsive, they are transparent (they're always letting you know of any connection errors, carrier price hikes, outages, anything) and have really streamlined my whole shipping process. Pros ShippingEasy has gone from a powerful shipping program, to a powerful program that gets easier to use with every update. I love that I can save addresses, it cuts down on my computerwork. I can get an order shipped and labeled in under 1 minute. Works for me! And the new tracking that gets sent post shipment to customers is a terrific feature that muy customers love. Cons ShippingEasy if you're listening....PLEASE make it so I can change to origin zip code in the "create shipment" tab, and not in settings (which sometimes I forget to switch back) That would be soooo much more convenient. I have 1 client using Ultracart that has to do a .csv file for me every day, but it works well enough. everything else aside from the reporting that I am missing gets the job done. Pros Very intuitive UI and easy for my employees and clients to use with very little learning curve. Cons the maid drawback is there is some report functionality missing that would make my job a lot easier when it comes to invoicing my clients. I have asked about different things a few times and pretty much get the same answer that it is something being considered as a future enhancement, but it never seems to come. Also looked at building a platform in house and a couple of other options, but SE provided the best functionality and value combination. June 30, 2020 5.0 Pros It's fairly easy to select the best service and ship, and there are inexpensive options for small flat letters, etc. Cons I wish I could connect to my PayPal to pay for packages, rather than using a credit card and paying it off. I also wish it would show combinable orders instead of requiring me to select 'combine orders' box. Finally, it does not save package details when checking between services. Actually, I wish it would compare different services (UPS, USPS, FedEx) to be able to select the most cost-effective option. Their support team has no answers for you. Supposedly my concerns are shared by many customers, but I have seen no resolution over the last two weeks. Pros I am so unbelievably frustrated that I cannot recommend anything about Shipping Easy right now. Until they are able to figure this issue out, I do not recommend investing in the software. Cons This is the most frustrating company. Do NOT use this software They have security features that are consistently pausing my account with no 24/7 support. They put a limit on labels you can print but then offer no solutions when we tell them we need to print. Tonight my account was paused twice in the middle of a big label printing project. First-class all the way around the block and back. Pros SUPPORT!! Although not needed very much because it is so easy to use, blew shipstaion out of the water. we gave shipstation a months trial and was super confusing. We have used this now for several years and the tech support is nothing short of fricken awesome. Fast and knowledgable. They are like one person answering your questions, nothing like I have ever seen in my lifetime. Lifetime customer. Cons I have 0 cons. It's affordable, reliable and efficient. Time saver, highly organized and functional. Pros Ease of use, connectivity, for both our shipping needs and marketing are all incredibly important aspects of ShippingEasy. In the 5 years we've been using SE, it has saved us countless hours in creating shipping labels, return labels and tracking packages. We've also begun using their email marketing and have found it easy to use and very functional with the ability to segment customer's buying habits. Very useful. Their customer service is also top notch. Cons Honestly, we don't have much to say in the negative category for ShippingEasy. July 3, 2019 5.0 In the two years we have been using ShippingEasy, every time we have a question or odd request, they have been impossibly helpful in getting the issue resolved with nearly no wait at all. The individuals I have contacted are all intimately familiar with not only the aspects of their own product, but have a keen understanding of all the carriers they support as well as the platform you may sell from. They know shipping inside and out. Pros Everything I need done as far as shipping is concerned, they can handle without issue. The interface is straight-forward and easy to use, plus they work seamlessly with our store and postal carriers. I have never had a bug or issue with the software after over two years of use. Cons It's hard to come up with something I like the least about this product. Before, we had been doing all of our shipping manually which took hours. Now we can practically automate the process and have easy access to a wealth of information we never had before. I should note that we only take advantage of the shipping aspects of the program and only use one store, so I can't speak on the inventory management or how well it handles multiple platforms. Cool Stuff!! Pros The ease of identifying the most economical method to ship items - USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex. They also offer the ability to access all previous customers via the Marketing segment. Cons I can't rearrange the icons at the top of my dashboard. Maybe the price....It would be great to have this service for free, but they earn their fees!! They've assisted me with any issue that came up on setup, even so far as to troubleshooting hardware from another company. Customer service is key! Cons It can be technically difficult initially to set up, but as long as you call or use the great chat feature to ask for assistance, customer service will get it fixed in no time. In my case, they asked for permission to "control" my desktop and did the setup for me. Reason for choosing ShippingEasy I tried ShippingEasy first after switching from Zensales and was happy with the product, so there was no need to give Stamps.com a try on my end.
