Pros

Our company shifted to YPLM and met some resistance from users, but overall, everyone agrees that the functionality and real time data tracking is the best! I love the reports that are available and the connectivity.

Cons

Depending on your company process, it can be challenging to get your teams to adjust to the new system.

Helps department communication with details and changes for items and designs.

Pros

I like the details the program provides for our private label items and designs. The ease of communication between the departments and users to created items.

Cons

I received daily emails even when no changes are done with an item or updated within the software. Creates a lot of extra email for me.
