Pros As with all software, there is a learning curve. In this case it was fitting the utility bills into the reporting so that it made sense. All of our staff struggled with the utility's format. HOWEVER-Brightly staff walked us through the process and were there to help us when we 'messed-up' There are a lot of great products out there...it's the SUPPORT you receive that separates good products from great ones! Cons Wouldn't change anything----the product is AWESOME! Minute data on individual circuits all easily set up and able to be both permanent or portable for drop in projects. The software is useful but could do with further development to make it expectional but new bits are being added all the time.
