### "I use On-Site daily to track leasing progress"

Pros

I like that I am able to see where each applicant is in the leasing process. It is easy to update and send leases.

Cons

My least favorite part about on-site is that it sometimes glitches and some documents are sent before ready which can make the process more complicated.

### "Useful Application, Screening & Document Management Tool"

Overall, we chose On-Site because of its promising integration-ability with our property management system, which has been smooth for the most part. We enjoy the ability to be able to have our guests apply online and manage the whole leasing process digitally, saving us time and money. On-Site also has a helpful Support Team that our site users can reach out to with any issues they encounter, though, they will not speak to any issues related to screening results.

Pros

The document management ability of On-Site is great - we're easily able to upload paystubs, IDs and other application materials and access them in the future if needed. On-Site integrates directly with our property management system - Yardi - so we get real-time inventory and application integration into our system. On-Site Support is helpful for the most part.

Cons

The site itself is very fickle, in that we receive many page errors on a daily basis, especially when trying to save more than a few records at a time. It almost becomes a negative impact on our business processes. Our implementation was not the smoothest, as there were many missing residents that we continue to find as we go further along. We are also encountering issues with application and deposit payments not fully depositing into our accounting system.

Every time I call is at least a one hour on hold waste of time. The service has steadily declined over the past few years and is absolutely terrible now.

Pros

The only good thing about this company is the lease writing feature.

Cons

Terrible customer service, terrible support, renter relations team is not knowledgeable. You might as well get a report from Equifax or Experian directly. Credit disputes take 30 days at least.

### "No Stress Screenings Makes a Happy Landlord"

I've used the service for hundreds of screenings and trust that I'll receive the best and most complete information with this service. For large multi-family communities, On-site is the way to go.

Pros

They make submitting screenings very easy and for a very reasonable price compared to competitors. The results of the screenings are provided in an easy to read layout so that you can make decisions quickly. Bulk signing for documents is also a life-saver. Also, the software is very organized and easy to search for items. Lease generation has never been easier.

Cons

Sometimes the results don't quite happen as fast as we'd like, but I think they're going to be just as fast as any other site. The recent modification to their help line has been a headache. I liked when I could message a rep and get instant help but lately that function hasn't been working for me and says I'll need to try again to reach out to them in a message instead of a chat.

### "Excellent Lease Management "

Wonderful experience. Best software for lease management.

Pros

Onsite is great for lease generation and tracking. Whenever there is an issues, customer service is able to resolve fairly quick.

Cons

I have not had any issues with Onsite. There are different levels you can purchase to gain or restrict access. All great.

We get instant approval for our residents. We are able to send e-leases quickly and easily. Background and credit checks come back very quickly.

Pros

You can get an instant answer for approvals. Allows you to set up your company's approval parameters. This program allows you to manage and track renewals and will e-generate leases to clients. It is very easy to use.

Cons

If you need to contact customer support it takes a long time to get through to someone.

Overall, the use of On-site is a positive experience. A review of tenant leases for upgrades is useful.

Pros

With the tenant taking control of the application there is no need to do the hard work and guessing or back and forth for information. I like that it integrates with other real estate software like Yardi to have a seamless line of communication and files.

Cons

I know it's a security issue but I don't like changing my password so much.

I haven't had much issues with this software, but it is very difficult to get a hold of support when needed.

Pros

I like how this website is user friendly when it comes to navigating through the software. The screening process is typically very quick. If the screening requires a little more time, this website provides an ETA on the screening results, which is nice.

Cons

I hate how it is so hard to get a hold of support.

Pros

Application are easy to read and easy to generate. The ability to set up requirements regionally and by portfolio is very helpful. The most time-saving feature is the ability to bulk-sign leases! Can't put a price on that.

Cons

It didn't always synch correctly with Yardi. The live-chat support function was always helpful we I had any issues.

Pros

On-Site easily drafts up an addendum, notice, lease and inspection--you name it, On-Site creates it!

I do not have any complaints to share about On-Site, I continue to use the software for the properties I manage.

We have been using On-Site for all 26 of our properties for the past 2 years and it has been nothing short of AMAZING. Residents can apply online and the screening is instant. Once we click approve on our end, the lease automatically populates, and the applicant can e-sign. There is also a Power Signing feature that allows the Property Managers to sign multiple leases at once. It's really a life saver. Can't say enough good things about it.

Cons

Inaccurate response time. Background check should have been in five days ago and is still not in. Holding up signing a lease for a week now.
