It has a little bit of a learning curve but it's extremely easy to use once you know what you're doing. Pros CTM is wonderful, it's so easy to use, all of the necessary contracts for real estate are already loaded in there. If you have a custom contract or document it's easy to upload, prepare for signatures, and send out. Filling out contracts is a breeze and I love that it saves a record the past sent contracts. Cons I think the things that I struggle with the most are that some of the navigation buttons aren't the most intuitive, you definitely have to learn how to efficiently navigate the system, but once you know, it's easy and everything is accessible. The other is organization, I wish I could organize miscellaneous documents better, but maybe there's a way and I just don't know how to do it yet. Pros This software is the best for realtors and staff. It gives you all the documents you need from the beginning of a closing to the end and then it becomes the office of record for the future. It allows to you to check all the documents including the persons initials who initiated the double check. The customer service is wonderful if you have an issue or problem. Very user friendly software. Cons There is nothing I do not like about the software. Once you are integrated with another CTM user, you do not have to send out hardly any emails and you do not have to upload documents at all. You simply share documents. CTM listens to the wants and needs of their clientele and are constantly trying to improve the software to increase productivity. Customer support is amazing. Pros Integration with other CTM users is a game changer. Writing contracts is a cinch as well. Managing dates, deadlines, and calendars is very easy as it integrates well with Google Products. The amount of time I spend on paperwork is very minimal, and I have more time for lead generation. Cons Not evryone is using it yet, but more and more people have made the switch and I would say more than 70% of the Realtors I do business with in Colorado use CTM.
