Pros: The user interface is not so difficult to use, as long as relevant features are not missing.
Cons: Support is not effective. In my case, no information was displayed for the drive. The support closed my case within 48 hours, before I could find the time to answer. It seems impossible to reopen, and I guess I'm supposed to create a new ticket from sratch. Also, although the software is useless, no money back will be provided...
Overall: The software was useless for my situation. My case was closed before I could answer anything. No answer, no money back. Just a waste of money. I will never buy anything from Stellar again. I do not recommend it.
