The implementation was much smoother than expected thanks to their thorough onboarding process. Their customer support stands out — responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. It worked well. Chart notes were fantastic, digital paperwork was great. But fell short in a few of the areas we needed. Pros Task manager and the checks and balances for the program for staff. Cons It was not a cash practice friendly software it is made more for a practice that take insurance. Ledger hard to read would have been nice to have red and green number for credit and balances.
