Long-term clinic not looking to change! This software is directly part of my daily work routine. Easy to access when on at my main workstation or facility.

Pros

I've been using this solution since 2009. The software has evolved as my practice has grown. This software keeps up with real time changes in technology.

Cons

The software works best on Google which is not always an option. Fast WiFi and/or landline internet is ideal. Hot spots are not ideal

I love how thorough, accurate and simple it is to navigate. Everything is concise and clearly labeled for a smooth experience.

Pros

The convenience of navigating caters to the visual eye aspect and isn’t alarming or too way with an extensive amount of medical jargon. Simple to read from both a provider and patient standpoint.

Cons

None. I experienced zero issues with the interface. It isn’t overwhelming to navigate and very straightforward for business standards.

Overall, our experience has been excellent. Genesis helped streamline and automate many aspects of our practice that used to be time-consuming and inefficient. The team truly understands the needs of chiropractors, and the system is built with those needs in mind. From onboarding to ongoing support, the process has been smooth, professional, and empowering. It’s clear that they’re invested in our success, and that makes a big difference

Pros

Genesis offers an incredibly user-friendly system that simplifies everything from scheduling to documentation. The implementation was much smoother than expected thanks to their thorough onboarding process. Their customer support stands out — responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. The training resources are clear, and their team is genuinely friendly and helpful, which made getting started feel less overwhelming.

Cons

As with any new EHR system, there was a learning curve at the beginning. Adapting to new workflows can be a challenge when you’re already busy running a practice. That said, Genesis did a great job of guiding us through the setup and providing support at each step — so while it took some time to get fully comfortable, we never felt like we were doing it alone.

We had it for a year. It worked well. Chart notes were fantastic, digital paperwork was great. But fell short in a few of the areas we needed.

Pros

Task manager and the checks and balances for the program for staff.

Cons

It was not a cash practice friendly software it is made more for a practice that take insurance. Ledger hard to read would have been nice to have red and green number for credit and balances.

Great, communicative and integrated team who are really striving to see us succeed. The Genesis is always advancing and modifying to stay ahead of the needs and wishes of their clinics, clinicians and staff. Genesis gives us a solid foundation on which we can build a thriving practice.

Pros

Cloud based, accessible from anywhere. Integrated billing and financials. Many of my colleagues use Genesis, so there is a community of like-minded clinicians.

Cons

We on boarded during a transition time in the Genesis ecosystem. We understand there are growing pains with scaling and integrating various business platforms. Also on boarding any new EHR is challenging. We are now through the storm on the other side. Feels great and we're looking for a very productive 2025 and on.

Easy to track patients record. Paperless.

Cons

Sometimes it keeps slow. Patients information doesn't save that need to go back work again.
