Pros This software is touted as cloud based and automated. It is very similar to ChiroTouch which would make a smooth transition. Cons Unless you are famous and willing to let them use you for advertising they don't wish to work with you. User interface is dated. Customer support is slow. Web based so It's automatically backed up, also you can access it no matter where you are as long as you have internet access. Cons Initially it's very confusing to learn any software. But within a few weeks, my staff and I had learned our way around Genesis. There are a lot of buttons, many of which I don't use. I also like that it is completely customizable through the macros and makes entering patient notes easy and quick. It is also linked with Posture analysis so my images can be uploaded to the patient file easily. Cons I would like if patients could fill out their intake forms online.
