Overall, when I get used to navigating around the different options, it will be a great addition to our business.

Pros

Great templates with easy editing. Awesome support staff! Reaching out if I needed help, the novisign support team was readily available.

Cons

Not really a con. I'm not a computer person, just basic knowledge but I am learning as we go. I know it will be great once I get my feet wet.

the customer service from Chad... he actually does everything he says ...even takes my calls at 7pm at night.. you don't get that kind of service anymore. He actually took my call almost 2 years ago on a Sunday..

The customer service we receive from Chad for the last 2 years has been great. He assured me from the beginning thru the entire process at how easy it was and the value was great as well

there really isn't anything that i been not happy with. TV work great other them breaking down every few months but oh well.

So easy to use and display adjusts instantly with just one click! Never ending options of how, when, what can be displayed.

Cons

It can probably do too much - if that's possible. It's easy to get too technical, when it's better to keep it simple.

We've been using the system for almost 3 years with no problems. We manage the scheduling and content remotely with is quite convenient.

Pros

Easy to use digital signage for our practice. Easy scheduling and content creation. We operate 2 displays flawlessly.

Cons

We have not encounter any problems at the moment and we can't compare it to other suppliers. Their price point is very competitive.

Overall I enjoyed my experience with NoviSign due to the somewhat easy to use software and their extremely friendly team.

Pros

I enjoyed the ease of content creation and the friendly NoviSign team. Along with this, the software was relatively cheap compared to their competitors.

Cons

The only issue that I had with NoviSign was that I was not able to easily find certain functions that were offered by the software. To me, if I have trouble finding certain functions, I know that my older colleagues will have a worse time.

Pros

The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to set up and manage signage content without any technical knowledge. I love how customizable everything is, from templates to the layout of your content, allowing us to match our branding perfectly. Plus, the cloud-based system means I can manage content from anywhere, which is a huge time-saver. What really sets Novisign apart is its robust feature set – from scheduling content and remote device management to the integration of multimedia formats. My experience with Novisign has been superb. I highly recommend this product to all.

Pros

I recently signed up for Novisign for our Lobby TV in a condo building. I am continually impressed by the can do attitude of \[sensitive content hidden\] . After discussing the product \[sensitive content hidden\] sent me a link of videos that explained the different programs and applications you can use. I had some difficulty at first but a phone call to \[sensitive content hidden\] cleared it up and my program was up and running. The difficulty setting was operator (my) error. \[sensitive content hidden\] was friendly, helpful and walked me through the stages. I will continue to watch the many videos provided but I am happy to know that it's just a call away if I need help.

Cons

I really have no cons except I didn't know the difference between an Android TV and an Amazon fire stick, which Novisign explained to me. As in many new programs, navigating can be slow but once you have a little experience, it all makes sense and very easy to run.

It is really easy to use and has loads of features that let you make your sign multifunctional.
