It is easy to use. Working very stable and fast. Excellent customer support from NoviSign company.

Cons

There is no player for IOS yet but I now that they working on player based on HTML 5 so it will be working on almost all platforms.

I took over my current role and found out about NoviSign all on the same day. It took less than an hour to learn how to use the NoviSign app and customize everything in a way that works best for my practice. NoviSign support team is incredible and always available to help.

Pros

Its ease of access as well as its customizability. We were using a combination of usb drives and older platforms to try to display our company missions but they had to be manually updated frequently which caused extra work.

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to say about NoviSign at this point. As someone unfamiliar with the pricing structure in this industry, their price could be considered higher but that would be the only possible negative I have.

Overall this is a good option for really basic digital signage deployments or basic kiosk deployments. Support wasn't great, but the tool does the basics and would be a good option for small businesses that need really basic digital menu boards or basic content playing.

Pros

I like the ease of digital signage content deployment and setup. Download the app, pair, and push content.

Cons

Lack of insight to devices, lack of device control, basic user interface.

Cons

Not really a con. I'm not a computer person, just basic knowledge but I am learning as we go. I know it will be great once I get my feet wet.

the customer service from Chad... he actually does everything he says ...even takes my calls at 7pm at night.. you don't get that kind of service anymore. He actually took my call almost 2 years ago on a Sunday..

Pros

The customer service we receive from Chad for the last 2 years has been great. He assured me from the beginning thru the entire process at how easy it was and the value was great as well

Cons

there really isn't anything that i been not happy with. TV work great other them breaking down every few months but oh well.

Pros

Easy to use digital signage for our practice. Easy scheduling and content creation. We operate 2 displays flawlessly.

Cons

We have not encounter any problems at the moment and we can't compare it to other suppliers. Their price point is very competitive.

My experience with Novisign has been superb. I highly recommend this product to all.

Pros

I recently signed up for Novisign for our Lobby TV in a condo building. I am continually impressed by the can do attitude of \[sensitive content hidden\] . After discussing the product \[sensitive content hidden\] sent me a link of videos that explained the different programs and applications you can use. I had some difficulty at first but a phone call to \[sensitive content hidden\] cleared it up and my program was up and running. The difficulty setting was operator (my) error. \[sensitive content hidden\] was friendly, helpful and walked me through the stages. I will continue to watch the many videos provided but I am happy to know that it's just a call away if I need help.

Cons

I really have no cons except I didn't know the difference between an Android TV and an Amazon fire stick, which Novisign explained to me. As in many new programs, navigating can be slow but once you have a little experience, it all makes sense and very easy to run.

Hands down, the Hall of Fame (HOF) touch screen display stole the show! When Brookwood had their grand opening of the HOF in 2019, a massive crowd gathered around the display searching for by year! Many users were taking pictures and videos of their HOF induction and state championship pages. This was a huge success and a great way to expand the HOF without needing square footage. When it came to their concession stand and cafeteria menus, Brookwood can now make daily and weekly changes on the fly while creating a custom look that fits their school colors.

Pros

After searching and signing up for multiple school digital signage trials and web-demos, Brookwood discovered NoviSign. Using Brookwood’s existing Chromeboxes, Brookwood was able to install NoviSign onto their devices and begin sending content to the displays across their campus. From a main computer, Brookwood was able to create and control the content being displayed on each TV: ● Daily school news and updates ● Cafeteria lunch menus ● Student and parent announcements ● Athletes of the week with team photos ● Google Slides with scrolling tickers and weather ● Weekly school notifications ● Custom welcome messages Each display features specific messages to target specific audiences and grade levels. For example, Brookwood set-up specific announcements for Seniors, who have a digital signage display directly above their lockers

My overall experience was Great!!!!

Pros

I like how easy it was to set content up and get it displayed. The ability to set up screens and update them with out having to touch equipment is great. The quality of the how to videos were great. We just watched the videos and was able to get our display working. Tech support is very quick about responding.

Cons

I can not think of thing that I don't like.

Reason for choosing NoviSign

After completing a demo of the software and seeing how easy it was to use. Plus the NoviSign was a better deal.

I am really excited about Novisign. What we have been able to do so far has been impressive. With a short lead time, I was able to get our signage up and running. I am loving with we have been able to do so far and eager to push forward to take full advantage of what Novisign has to offer.

Pros

Excellent customer service. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Software was very user friendly. I have only been using the software for a few weeks and was able to create excellent presentations for our conference. I am excited to explore the software more and maximize its potential.

Cons

I struggled a little bit with the touch feature, however, with a little help from customer service, we were able to fix my issues quickly and things are operating as expected. The videos you can find online use the old format so they are not as helpful. When I made mention of this, customer service sent me the update links that will soon be available via their website.

### "NoviSign - Best bang for your buck"

Pros

Between the ease of use and flexibility of the software, it can be hard to pick the best feature. Everyone on my team who has been introduced on it became familiar and proficient in it after a few weeks of utilizing it. We use it across multiple different operating systems with no issue.

Cons

The only "issue" is that it defaults to the 24 hour clock instead of the 12 hour clock, but since they're international it is understandable.

To take it a step further, you can also preschedule a YouTube video to play on a specific date/time and or set a one-time play for the video. We can provide our outlying offices with updated sales logs and company information.

Pros

Easy to use easy to install. Setting up the 4 screens in the 4 offices in Northern California can all be done remotely. You can also setup one program for all offices and just change one thing like a local tempature or wheather, then rename it to that location and you are done. Very simple

I would like to be able to load more slides.

Have been using Novisign for years and can't recommend it any more. Easy to use and consistently reliable. Great value for what you get. Also good to have real people you can reach out to with questions or support.

Cons

One of my biggest complaints was the company's use of flash, which is a non issue anymore as they've migrated to HTML5. Happy camper here.

NoviSign has provided a solution that added immediate value to my restaurant locations. I was able to use my existing displays so the cost and ease of use made them a top choice from the start. The support and design team were quick to respond and deliver giving us a “go live” product within days of ordering.

Pros

The team at NoviSign have built something that is so simple to use and quick to roll out.

Cons

It is difficult to find a flaw in the software but any gap there may be is immediately bridged by a quick response from the support team that is fully committed to getting the product live.

Rep and the team were very good to work with. They took my input and designed two templates. One for a digital menu board and another for an Instagram wall. They were very responsive and the template is easy to modify for tweaks and updates such as pricing.

Pros

The features and ease of use the cloud solution is great even for a small business like mine.

I would like more social integration to create a digital wall leveraging a built in platform
