Pros: Was easy for ingredients to log in for there account balance

Cons: Sales person told me that if I did not like the software I could get out of the contact at anytime. When I questioned the 90 day termination, her it does not do them any good to keep a unsatisfied customer.

Overall: Has to check up on system to make sure it was working correctly. I had to inform customers service every time my accounting software was update so they could update there accounting software.

Ed, Sorry that you feel we wronged you. My opinion is that this is a simple misunderstanding regarding termination. Yes, you can cancel at any time; with a 90- day notice, as the contract states. I was the salesperson on your account and I am certain that I said you could cancel at any time and you interpreted that to mean immediate and I meant with the notice period delineated in the contract. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I thought that the offer to cut the termination period to 60 days was a decent compromise. Mike

Comments: The SenEarthCo software has allowed us to file/track/and monitor association records and projects with complete ease. We were able to make a smooth transition to paperless workflows and provide improved resources and account access to clients and in-house staff. When all features are optimized the software enables client services to provide a very high level of customer service to homeowners and board members while keeping the association consultant (manager) in the loop/supported. Corina and all of the SenEarthCo visionaries, technicians, and staff were instrumental in our successful implementation of the software.

Comments: Our company has been using SenEarthCo since 2009. We are extremely pleased with all of the functionality while the interface is still easy to use. Our clients love the ability to check their accounts and submit communications to us electronically. Customer service is always responsive (same day) and they have been very receptive to our requests for enhancements and any customization, when possible. Everyone there is fantastic to deal with!

Comments: The system allows me to manage my properties effectively and efficiently. I'm able to update the Board and Homeowners in real time. Bids, proposals, maintenance requests, homeowner inquires, agendas, meeting minutes, monthly financials, property maps and much more are available at my fingertips. The functions are consistent throughout so it's extremely user friendly. All association information is saved electronically so I'm readily able to view, share or update while at Board meetings, on site inspections or from my home office.

Great Property Management Software

Comments: SenEarthCo is the Property Management software that we have been looking for. While no software does absolutely everything, this comes the closest to serving the needs of property managers and our client services staff as well as the members of the communities we serve. Additionally, SenEarthCo is very responsive to questions and is always wiling to listen to feedback and suggestions for adjustments and enhancements. We're glad we made the switch; I just wish we had done it sooner.

Comments: I don't think it would be possible to provide enough positive comments about this system! Our office couldn't live without it! Ever since we made the decision to switch to SenEarthCo, our office has been able to run much more smoothly with access to information globally for all of our associations by everyone in our office. Not to mention, it allows us to monitor our property managers effectively to ensure that they are performing their daily tasks, we are able to log every call our office receives from homeowners in one place easily and effectively, our homeowners have direct access to their account information, (thus alleviating our phone call volume) and we have been able to set up policies and procedures based around this system which are now much more easily followed! I think every management company searches for a system like this one. So, do yourself a favor and stop looking and sign up now!
