Pros: SP MarketPlace CRM sits on our own tenancy and integrates with our existing Office 365 suite. It is pretty much ready to go out of the box so you are up and running fast. Lets us track deals and keep tabs on what is in the pipeline. Easy to manage and makes the most of our 365 subscriptions.

Cons: SP MarketPlace CRM is no SalesForce, but then again it doesn't have that kind of ticket price. This fills the gap between Outlook Customer Manager and Dynamics CRM.

Overall: We needed a 'proper' CRM to manage deals and keep everything on track through the sales process, but we didn't have the budget for some of the better known CRM suites. SP Marketplace CRM sits on our own tenancy and runs on SharePoint, so it works well with other Office apps as well. Much better than spreadsheets.
