SP CRM Core

## What is SP CRM Core?

SP CRM is a modern, no-code CRM application built entirely on Microsoft 365, designed to centralize customer management without leaving your familiar workspace. Developed for organizations that already use Microsoft 365, it transforms SharePoint, Teams, and the Power Platform into a powerful, easy-to-use customer relationship hub. Unlike traditional, bloated CRM systems, SP CRM simplifies the entire customer lifecycle—sales tracking, communication, and service requests—by integrating seamlessly with the tools your teams already rely on. No more hopping between platforms or struggling with overengineered systems. With SP CRM, you keep everything in one place: secure, customizable, and scalable within your Microsoft 365 environment. It's CRM without the complexity—and with the added benefit of maximizing the tech stack you’ve already invested in.

Pros

I love this software. It puts many different links/programs/information all in one place. Helps employees easily go to Sharepoint program and find all information in one place!

Cons

There honestly is nothing bad I can say about this software. It has done nothing but make my work life easier! I can go to Sharepoint and quickly have access to tons of information or different links that otherwise I would have spent minutes searching for in different locations.

We needed a 'proper' CRM to manage deals and keep everything on track through the sales process, but we didn't have the budget for some of the better known CRM suites. SP Marketplace CRM sits on our own tenancy and runs on SharePoint, so it works well with other Office apps as well. Much better than spreadsheets.

Pros

SP MarketPlace CRM sits on our own tenancy and integrates with our existing Office 365 suite. It is pretty much ready to go out of the box so you are up and running fast. Lets us track deals and keep tabs on what is in the pipeline. Easy to manage and makes the most of our 365 subscriptions.

Cons

SP MarketPlace CRM is no SalesForce, but then again it doesn't have that kind of ticket price. This fills the gap between Outlook Customer Manager and Dynamics CRM.

Review source

Incentivized review: software users are invited to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive for their time and effort. All incentivized reviews are subject to our verification process prior to publication.
