It is a good ATS which suites our requirements , TR is in the process of developing a ATS which apart from recruitment process takes care of one platform where client , recruitment consultancy sub vendor and candidates can send and receive communications . TR can improve further if they put more resources in fixing minor issues within a promised time frame .
