Overall it’s good just needs an app ASAP

Pros

Customer service is great and it’s pretty easy to use. For the price it’s worthwhile

Cons

No APP!!! The website is not mobile friendly and every time you have to log into the online system making it very time consuming

sience we started using bananadesk we dont need to worry about overbooks, we can have whit more details the thinks that are going around the hostel whit graffics, we are really in love whit the software.

Pros

Its really dinamic, good comunication from the personal to the client, eassy to use and explain.

Cons

that they dont have an app that you can download in your phone or tablet

Pros

It is a very friendly platform, easy and simple to use, has no restrictions but even we can have our own restrictions when using it.

Cons

N/A it could be possible to have a direct communication from the platform with our guests. It's just a comment but not bad with the platform.

We concentrate the channels in the system so it´s easier for the team to use and learn. The color coding help us with the status of the guests and help us organice the everyday working scheme. Before banana we had to be extra careful with possible overbooking between reservation channels, but now, that´s not a problem anymore. :)

Pros

IT´s easy to use and understands perfectly how a hostel works. We love the color coding and the service provided by the team is always fast and great.

Cons

we can´t think about anything right now, it´s very good.

Pros

As a user of Bananadesk since 8 years, I can\`t imagine my life without this excellent software, it allowed me to take more time for doing the nice things of the hostel life and spend less time in administration because the system who is very simple and efficient.

Cons

now with the direct interfase with booking.com and Hostelworld there is nothing to complain.
