Pros: Jobber is extremely easy to use and to learn how to use. It is extremely intuitive and has a lot of features for the price of the service.

Pros: The App was very user friendly. I also liked the various levels of "management"you can set with each employee.

Cons: No times sheet to invoice tracking and no online booking feature.

I paid for the month, realized the functionality of online booking wasn't there, and called to be told there isn't a money back guarantee.

This system allows you to stay on top of your customers.

Pros: This program is very intuitive in its design, almost everything is integrated into the same program (Scheduling, tracking, billing) and has a very informative and courteous staff of technical support.

Pros: The app having the time sheet feature so employees can clock in and out and I have GPS locations where they are when they do. How easy and user friendly it is!

Pros: Because of what can be done with this software I have been able to trim off many hours of office time from my schedule.

Cons: There are a few functions that I would like to see that are not currently available. I'd like to be able to customize the way my account works a little more (somewhat like the way the Real Green software works).

Overall: I'm able to save money on payroll because Jobber takes the place of a full time office manager.

Essential place for all those stick it notes.

Pros: I am able to keep track of mountains of information todo with 1000 service calls per year. There is space to upload and file every sticky note, picture, material costs, client details all sorted by property. At your finger tips and sharable with team members. Repeat business is one click, no more double entries.

Cons: Would like better options for paper forms generation (work orders). Over the two years we have sent a lot of feedback to jobber over feature tweaks, they are very responsive and you can see the results in product updates.

Great software for almost all my business needs!

Pros: I love mapping, work schedules, templates and ability to add photos to client accounts, as well as paypal option!

Cons: No integrated CRM
No automated invoices
No reminders of invoices being due, only reminders for visits - what is not relevant

Overall: Don't have to remember to create invoices - it reminds me about it, as well as creates invoices on pre-set up schedule. Takes time to put your head around it, but it's worth it!

Pros: I really like the Calendar I use it daily and is exactly what I needed. The invoices are nice and professional. I m happy with everything

Cons: The total is in Red when the balance forward is sent. Most people dont like red...I do that means they owe me money. That is the one this only.

Overall: More time and more money!

Pros: That my employees can use this in the field and I can check in on them in real time with ease. I love that I can send reminder texts and on way texts to our clients to reduce cancellations and save money. In all aspects of our scheduling for both employees and customers - Jobber takes care of it all.

Cons: There are occasional glitches that have happened with the appointment scheduling, as can be expected, but nothing major has happened to cause issues that can't be resolved quickly.

Pros: They are always looking for ways to improve the software. If you don't like something TELL them... They will evaluate and change if it's a common theme among users.

Cons: I'm personally not a fan of the different number between quote, job, and invoice.. It can get confusing.

Pros: Jobber is fairly easy to use once you've had it for a while. They payment integrations are fantastic and the workflow from quote to job completion is great as well.

Cons: This team is VERY unresponsive to feature requests. Basically, if you have a feature need they'll all but let you know that they are not interested in hearing about it. Simple things like being able to mark all tasks as complete are not available and when I requested it I was brushed off. I have been asking, for years, for a way to link Jobber to external "form builder" software so that when a user requests a quote from my website it shows up in Jobber. Hasn't happened. Also having to move an employee to "Pro" jsut so they can use the timesheet feature is just stupid.

Pros: Simple, fairly easy to use, affordable for small businesses, Quickbooks sync is great, app is good for l field personnel. Overall I think its a good software for a small business to grow with.

Cons: The app isn't great for anyone but field techs but the mobile version works fine on a smartphone, so for schedulers, sales, etc that would need more access, they can work outside of the app. Some aspects of the program can be clunky, but for the price its not a big deal and I'm sure it will get better over time.

Overall: Field access to job info, scheduling. Ability for field to input hours, pictures and notes.

Comments: The basics of what Jobber is built around is route scheduling and can do so much more. The basics of being able to simply organize routes while out in the field (like other apps offer) has been overlooked

Pros: Jobber is a great idea with excellent customer support. The support for this product is through the roof excellent! The overall programming is huge, you can do a ton of stuff with Jobber.

Cons: The Achilles heel is this; jobber is designed to be used as a route manager for administrators and employees. The idea is that an employee can load up his or her daily tasks and go to work. From an employee¿s stand point that is easy enough. Click on the first job for the day and they are off . . . . . First part of the problem we are experiencing with jobber is that if the employee is not within a good service area the photos and service notes for that home will not upload AND WILL NOT be kept in cue until the employee gets into a decent service range. If you have spotty service where your route is this will not work for you. You'll end up going back to paper logs. FOR AN ADMINISTRATOR - jobber really sets up work nicely for the day, week, and month very nicely BUT has some really important short comings that you should be aware of PRIOR to starting this service..... As an administrator you cannot mass assign or unassign routes to and from employees. You cannot memorize the modifications to a daily route but one click. JOBBER needs to be able to allow us to set up routes as a whole NOT just individual¿s one at a time to create routes. FOR EXAMPLE: we need to be able to go into a master list of clients, click and drag those clients into a ¿MONDAY A¿ route and or a ¿MONDAY B¿ route and the same for Tuesday and Wednesday etc. etc. . . . . if we want to make changes to a route as a single entity we should be able to do that as opposed to what we have to do now which is change each individual client to be on a different day one at a time for the next 6 months and or 10 years FOR EXAMPLE, we have three routes per day each route has approximately 20 visits. If an employee calls in sick and we need to reassign 20 visits to another employee we have to do it manually for EACH CLIENT as opposed to just reassigning and entire route to another employee. WHAT WOULD BE MOST HELPFUL AND CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE FROM JOBBER, would be to adjust routes on the "map" page and have it ask us if we want to memorize the reorganization of that route for all future visits or just that one day. The way that it is limited requires me to go in and manually change EVERY JOB ONE BY ONE to the route organization. This process takes approximately 1 to 2 entire minutes to complete depending on whether or not the visits are reoccurring for the next 6 months or six years . . . . . 1 to 2 minutes times 20 minutes obviously doesn¿t work for any administrator at all.....the only way around this is to make the changes daily or weekly which is labor intensive and your will be paying for this each time your employee has to redo the routes.

Comments: Overall, this is the best program IMO of the 4 or 5 I tried while looking for something that would work for my business. Customer support is great. And I like some of the different ways I can customize information for unusual jobs that come up from time to time.

Pros: The ability to generate quotes, then turn them into jobs, and once completed into invoices, and do it with minimal steps. This frees up time for me to focus on building new business, and enables my employees to do some of what I used to have to do. Also useful is the ability to attach notes both to a customers information, as well as to individual jobs, which is useful for both passing on special requests a customer may have for all jobs, as well as information that is specific to a particular job.

Cons: The program rounds financial numbers slightly different than accounting programs such as QBO. Which means that when we sync to QBO, there are often several minor corrections of 0.01 cent that need to be done. Would be nice to see that changed.

We use jobber daily to quote, schedule and invoice our jobs.

Pros: I like how we can combine our communication with customers and employees into one software. I think it has a lot of potential for us as we expand to use with our customers. I like the ability for us to take cc and sync job requests on our website.

Cons: There are a few features missing that make it really hard to deal with. The tasks cannot be organized on the grid feature which is very frustrating for scheduling purposes. Time punches cannot be made from tasks so it is difficult to track work directly related to the work and requires more steps in the process.

Overall: We are able to better manage our customer relations, invoicing, and employee work management by using this software. There are a few changes we wish would be improved to increase our efficiency and ease of use with the software, but the other benefits Jobber has over their competitors led us to settle for those issues anyway.

This software is fantastic...it's makes day to day business so much easier and faster!

Comments: I would also like to see an email notification 'OPTION' where customers would be notified if a job was skipped. There should also be a section for the reason why it was skipped. We should be able to make these reasons whatever we want in the settings... THIS IS HUGE! The amount of time I spend notifying clients we have skipped a lawn cut due to "Minimal growth" or "The lawn too wet to cut" or "Cannot access the back lawn"... This is such an important need of ours. I want to use Jobber for the next 30 years but if these changes do not happen we may create our own program one day - I DO NOT WANT TO DO THAT! OVERALL I WOULD RECOMMEND JOBBER TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS HELP WITH SCHEDULING & INVOICING!

Pros: I like the fact that Jobber will not allow you to forget about any jobs, quotes, & most importantly invoices... The invoices are very professional looking. The ease of use of the software is awesome! The help/support there for you from their team is 10 out of 10/Tops/ the best! It does NOT get better as far as customer service goes...

Cons: I would like to see us be able to "Bold, italic, underline, etc" the fonts in invoices, jobs, everything! We should be able to format the font the same way we can in say - Google email!

Jobber is one of the main reasons we are so successful today.

Pros: I value the prompting to follow up on quotes, the full reports, invoicing and the ease of booking multiple jobs with multiple deposits.

Pros: Having come from a system of spreadsheets and documents saved in numerous places, it is now great to finally have everything in one place. Invoicing is so quick and easy and completed jobs are no longer going un-invoiced thanks to the reminders.

Cons: We feel the dashboard can be quite complicated and overwhelming to look at. It would be great if the dashboard could clearly show individual sections eg: "today's jobs" and "invoices to be raised" and "today's tasks" for example, as we still feel as though we need to hunt for these instead of seeing them at a glance. The current forms do not work for us at all. This is the only part of our whole process that we have to run completely independently of Jobber. Our engineers fill out our branded, detailed PDF forms on site that are signed both by the engineer and the client. The forms are saved & emailed to the client. It is a shame that there is currently no way this can be done through Jobber but it would be absolutely brilliant if it could be in the future. We use www.pdffiller.com at present.

Overall: Being able to do (almost) everything from one place, invoicing is much quicker and less easy to forget/miss.
Please note - our industry is electrical contracting (fire alarm systems) - there isn't an option for us in your list below!

Pros: The integration of billing and scheduling has helped my business greatly and being able to make things mobile for my employees help keep things organized and running smoothly. I also love the fact that there is a software program out there that is specifically tailored to my industry of landscaping.

Cons: There are a few things in the billing area that I don't like. My customers would like to be able to pay their balance off of a statement when sent and they often are confused when an invoice is sent to them and the account balance is different on bottom of invoice than the invoice itself. While I understand what this means, they are often confused. It would be helpful if they could pay entire balance off of any invoice instead of having to pay invoices individually if they have missed one in the past.

Pros: #1! Customer service is over the top! Whenever we open a chat we get an answer within minutes. If the answer is no, it gets passed along to the developers.

From Quote to Job (including time tracking) to Invoice to Customer follow-up survey, Jobber has streamlined our process. The sync to Quickbooks has all but eliminated double entry.

Employee acceptance has increased as the mobile website has become more user friendly, even on the smaller screens. Our crew leaders can look at Jobber to see the details the estimator has included in his quotes, and updates as expenses and time sheets are entered.

Team members clock into and switch jobs seamlessly in the app (as long as they have signal-we are in the mountains of southern Vermont). They can also make adjustments and notes on their time sheets. The majority have left paper behind in favor of this system.

Cons: Jobber is not a Lead management tool. We created a work-around by creating a Draft Quote for each new lead so we could pull a report to see how many new leads we have, when they were received, and from where (we added a custom field for Lead Source).

The reporting is good, but in order to get real data from reports we have to export and download and work with them in Excel. Not terrible, but a little clunky. For example, on the Quote reports the date sort is only by "created date", so at a glance we cannot see which or how many were sent, won, or archived within a particular time period.

Entering Expenses to jobs does not sync with QB.

Pros: The software is extremely user friendly. I use the program with an iPad primarily along with mobile phones. My employees are able to use their mobile phones daily to see the scheduling for the days work. We also keep the iPad alongside in the truck throughout the day as we are able to use it to check people's accounts throughout the day and create new clients. The main reason for purchasing the software was for the ease of billing. Prior to Jobber I would spend roughly 5-6 hours writing bills by hand and mailing them. This now cuts my billing time down to less than an hour. With the click of a button I can have all my bills printed and ready to send.

Cons: Only complaint I have at this point is when billing. If bills you are a couple days past the end of the month on bills, and have already checked a couple of days worth of mowing from the next month off, when you generate your bills it wants to add the next months visit also. You then have to go in manually and deselect the visits from the month.

Overall: Ease of use. Keeps clients and jobs in order.

Pros: How easy it is to use and look things up. It gives you a good overview of your work for the month. Jobber is also easy to reschedule service calls in.

Cons: I don't like that instead of the techs names I have the initials of the techs. I don't know if this is just a setting of not.

Also, the customer service has been great, knowledgeable, and fast.

Cons: I would like to see the ability to search for SKU numbers on Jobber rather than the specific part name.

Pros: Scheduling, employee application, billing, jobber payments. Those are the most important to me. I also love the fact that it syncs to QuickBooks Online.

Cons: Only three things I don't like.
1.You can't have a client e-sign a quote to form a contract.
2. You can't record a partial payment or take payment in two forms (last I checked but they are always improving)

Pros: I like this software simply because it makes staying organized and delegating task fairly simple. The interface is moderately user friendly and for the most part is responsive.

Cons: I biggest complaint is that there was very little start up Help, such as tutorials and initially getting ahold of customer service was a bit of a hassle. I also had a little trouble with multiple users which also was a bit of a turn off however the product as a whole is fairly decent.

I have used Jobber for only a short time and have instantly fallen in love.

Comments: We have a cleaning company Hire a Housewife in New Zealand. For over a year we struggled organising staff and clients ect. We tried every app on the market to make our job easier but not one of them seemed to work when your logging multiple jobs. Tried jobber haven't looked back, has cut my time down considerably and now I can focus on growing our business because staff know what they are doing from week to week now. I can add and delete jobs easy and assign them to staff easy and notify staff they have a job at the click of a button. It also links with Xero. If i had a problem with set up at the start they were quick to respond .

Pros: Ease of use, quick to surf around and enter data. The calendar is pretty good and the mobile has almost everything you need.

Cons: Multi-location and email needs to be more versatile. The mobile app could use some data entry ability that is limited only to the computer.

Overall: Overall I am happy with Jobber. There are a couple things I would like to see added to the mobile piece and to the contact area but can work around them for now. The service people are good and helpful. Training is good and starts you out on the right step.

Overall: Since using Jobber we have been able to keep better track of all our garden maintenance clients and their visits, as well as our landscape installations. Cons: Some minor programming issues. Jobber lacks the ability to "select all" or multiple accounts or service orders at the same time. Being a very high volume company that causes me a lot of grief when I have to close 100 or 200 jobs but have to do it all one by one.

Overall: My company an exterior maintenance company where we seal and repair asphalt, interlock, flagstone and concrete. We are the biggest name in our field and with that comes a strong demand for organization. Jobber has allowed us to exceed our productivity goals which increases our customer satisfaction and ultimately our bottom line.

With jobber we are able to create client (and potential client) accounts seamlessly. We have our call center email us an excel sheet of our call log that we have configured specifically for jobber's database import. We can sometimes see up to 100 to 300 calls in a day in our peak season and with this feature we can import all those callers/clients into jobber with the click of a single button. We do this so when the person calls back to book our services their accounts are already in Jobber and all we do is create the orders which takes minutes.

Jobber also creates a daily route for each of our service trucks so all trucks are traveling in the quickly and more time efficient manner. Again, productivity!!!

The day before our client is scheduled for service Jobber automatically emails and texts those clients to remind them they are on schedule and a list of instructions we pre-configure.

In the field, our service reps have jobber on their phones which gives them all the details they need about what the task is they are about to perform. They are able to create notes on the clients "job" and even add photos all of which are instantly available in our office.

After our service agents are finished a job they click "mark complete" and jobber does the rest which includes invoicing our clients and emailing them an invoice and soliciting client feedback etc.

Jobber has allowed me to do the job of 5 people so quickly I am often left with the biggest dilemma Jobber causes.... What golf course can I get an afternoon tee time on a weekday?

Comments: Jobber could be a fab program, with a lot of bang for your buck except for one very big (for us) flaw. When you schedule a 'job' on the calendar, it allows you to upload photos and write notes specific to that job - which is GREAT. However, when the job is finished, you only have the option to invoice it, leave it as "action required" or - delete it, which removes all the associated pics & notes etc...
A good part of our business is going out to do estimates/quotes - we of course need those on the schedule/calendar, but we can ONLY SCHEDULE AS A JOB - there is no way to schedule quotes. So, we end up scheduling the 'quotes' originally as jobs, then transferring all the data (pics, notes etc...) to the jobber quote form, then deleting the job (which we then have no record of) All in all a HUGE pain - something that - if fixed would make this a truly good, functional program... So, sadly, I have to give it a rather poor review - at least for us and our business needs.

Overall: This single service has allowed our business to expand. We had experimented with CRM software before, but the quote and invoicing interface that this provides is of particular benefit. As far as I know, this does not integrate with Salesforce yet. It is so valuable, however, that every job we do is run through it. It may seem like a simple thing, but for those who just don't have the time for all the paperwork, this can be a one-stop-shop for many contractors. Of special note for tech-savvy groups, the mobile application for use in the field is wonderful. Even for team members without the best soft skills, payment collection can all be handled at the press of a button. I love this product and plan to continue using it as we grow.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take the time to train your field agents to use it. It is worth putting the effort on the front end i.e. data entry for client phone names, numbers, addresses, schedule times, and the like. By doing this, regardless of the device your employees are using in the field, it will be simple to deploy the application.

Pros: The way the program is getting better and better every day.

Overall: I used a quite few data base software in the past. By far the most comprehensive, responsive and user friendly program.
Also, not to mention the customer service is fantastic.

Pros: Easy to use- lots of customizable fields, links with QB

Overall: We switched over to Jobber in March of 2016 and so far have been very happy with the program. I love how it links to QB and the set up was a breeze. We switched over from Field Locate, which I would NEVER recommend to anyone after the experience we had there. Jobber is great value for the money and their customer support is awesome! The work flow is great, there is no way you can miss invoicing your jobs. Team members can leave notes in every quote, job, invoice so when multiple people are involved the information is seamlessly communicated. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this program.

Comments: The title says it all. The apple version needs improvements including the tablet interface. Not... fluid and sometimes needs causes trouble in the collection payment. but I can't go without it....

Comments: My workload has become so much more manageable and streamlined since switching to Jobber.
Having previously used MindBody for my on-location beauty service team and feeling as though things could be so much simpler, I was referred to Jobber by a fellow industry professional.
Did I mention that their customer service is out of this world?!

Overall: I have been using the software for the 2 years of running my business and think that it makes life so easy to send quotes and invoices to clients and to record all the information for the job. I have also managed to adapt and personalise it slightly to suit my business better! Thank you!

Comments: Having worked with other work order type programs there are a lot of different functionality components that foo not always apply to your type of service. All that said this program is very user friendly and the interface with Quickbooks is key. The invoice "click through function" for customers to pay via credit cards has cut our collection time. Customer support is very helpful, available, and responsive. We are on the "East Coast" so I was a bit concerned that the time difference would be a challenge, for us. I only gave a four star for the "ease of use" and "functionality" because there are a couple of areas that I think could be improved.

Pros: Customer service.
Ease of use.
Lots of very useful features.

Cons: Can't put both taxes on the invoice/quote (Quebec).
Would need a Main client and sub clients. Since we're working a lot with condos we would need to have lots of sub clients and bill to the main client (the condo).
Would need to improve the invoice / quote layout... we're losing too much space and it gets to a second page too fast.

Overall: This software gives me more time to actually work. It helps me with most of the tasks I need to do besides my work. Great customer support. Lacks a couple of features for my needs but I can get around.

Recommendations to other buyers: It would be great to be able to do the layout of the invoice / quote ourselves like Quickbooks. I would LOVE to be able to TAKE OUT the ability to pay by credit card online. I take credit cards but I prefer cheques. When clients recieve the invoice online they automaticaly pay by credit card.

Jobber is really just the job!!

Comments: So far I have been very pleased with the whole Jobber set up and the support has been extremely good. I had looked at various other similar systems but certainly feel that Jobber supports my business far better than anything else in the marketplace!!

Pros: CRM features .
QB integration.
Responsiveness of Jobber team.
Ease of use for all levels in our team.

Cons: Reporting features can not be customized enough for our needs, must be manually manipulated.
Sales Rep field input does not flow from Quote to Job to Invoice.
Refunds can not be processed through Jobber.
Invoice changes do not reflect in data already synced to QB.

Overall: I have been using Jobber for almost 2 years as the Office Manager for a painting company. It is very easy to use and integrates well with QB. There have been several improvements in the last 2 years and the Jobber team is responsive to questions and problems in a very timely fashion.

Pros: Great Value, easy to use, never had an issue that wasn't caused by my lack of computer understanding. Found it to be reliable and accurate

Cons: I would like it to have moe customizable option on invoices and emails. I would like the emails to be more stylish with my logo and what not. It would be nice to send out one mass email out to my customers at 1 time. Maybe this is available and I just havent figured it out yet. I have also had trouble syncing credit card payments between jobber and quickbooks but think that is due to my lack of understanding

Overall: I have used other scheduling software and Jobber ranks right up there. It is a great value and I would reccomend it to anyone who asked me.

Pros: it's automation and simplicity- very robust system and they continue to keep growing and adding more features.

Cons: continued development on the mobile app, especially where one can see the entire calendar (ie unassigned visits and tasks).
Also, ability to upload attachments to a task like other notes on jobs and visits and quotes

Overall: Our small yet growing power wash business was becoming more of a nightmare than a dream as we kept expanding... Once we hit 12 people, I could no longer take the amount of double and triple entry, chasing old pics in emails, going thru the mundane chore of invoicing and even making reminder and follow-up calls.
That's when I found Jobber... I was hesitant to make the switch, but when my operations manager finally pulled the ripchord, I had no other choice.... I had to jump in and boy i am glad i did.
This program, for a few hundred dollars a month, has almost replaced what my previous operations manager was doing who cost me over $7000/month with total payroll burden. Very glad to have a program that we can continue growing with and has brought the excitement back into our business.

Please keep up the hard-work jobber!

Recommendations to other buyers: make sure you utilize the custom fields. It's a huge game changer especially if you were like me and always adding tons of details onto your teams google calendar for service calls

Overall: I have been using Jobber for a year or so now. I do like the program and its functionality. It helps me to keep track of my jobs, invoices, estimates etc. It has really been a time saver for me. In addition, whenever I have an issue and need customer service they have been nothing but top-notch. ALWAYS helpful and knowledgeable. It is definitely a great program except for one thing....there is no integration with Quickbooks desktop version. that is my only issue with Jobber.

Pros: The ease of use.

Cons: I wish my crew could view the calendar without having to sign them up to Pro

Overall: Jobber has been a great find, to have almost everything I need to run my business within a click away is priceless. The ease of the layout and with the helpful support I was up and running way before trial period ended. Thank you Jobber for making my job easier and giving me some of my sanity back :0)

Cons: needs features like a way to notify cusomters when you schedule a job, not just a reminder email after its scheduled. ability to accept partial payments. daily totals of jobs booked not just weekly.

Pros: Ease of use, excellent customer support, quickbooks integration, makes your company look professional, half the cost of the other guys.

Cons: As HVAC company it would be great if they integrated a section under customer to enter model and serial numbers. Have contacted the team and they say it will be considered for future updates. Gotta love a company who actually cares.

Overall: Switched from Intuit Field Service. We are a HVAC & Plumbing contractor and have struggled with adapting the use of technology. Jobber is the first product that has enabled us to completely ditch paper service orders. All our technicians are digital and Jobber is the perfect solution. They have updates all the time with great new added features. If you have a question you can chat live with their actual team and get real answers to your questions. They really listen. One of our technicians is older and not so familiar with operating software like this... even he loves Jobber.

Pros: Once you figure out everything, so far, so good.

Cons: If you would like to have all your employees to see all of their schedule you will need to pay the extra 9.00 fee per employee.

Overall: Software builders assume that every company has full time employees who show up everyday. There is no actual way to verify that your employee's actually receive their schedule except to contact each and every employee? For a company who supposedly has 1000's of other cleaning companies under their belt, I was shocked and disappointed to hear this.

Okay for the last two+ years just not as robust as we'd like.

Pros: Easy as an Iphone to use and implement. Very simple layout. Syncs fairly seemlessly. Easy to get employees set up (except every time I had to call them to resend the email for employees - it never generated). Map feature, timer are great for use by staff.

Cons: Can't download all notes and details for each customer easily. No main database access. Text features limited and another additional cost. Field workers have to be given FULL "editable" access to be able to put a payment in the system. Field app has been simplified to the point of useless. No real CRM. Can't make changes to set up the way you do things (like having "check" as the default in a payment) which makes several extra clicks here and there which is frustrating on a daily basis.

Recommendations to other buyers: Watch out for all the costs. Add-ons most companies will need/want make the price go up and up. (Still cheaper than some others but not as robust) If there is something you really want in a product, ask their staff if it is coming in the immediate future. Things take 6-12 months to implement it seems.

Pros: Creating clients and tracking them from quote to job to invoice. Time sheets and how I can track our team's hours against specific jobs. Tracking expenses against jobs.

Cons: The app. Once it was updated, we lost the ability for the crew to see their schedules and to update their time if they messed it up. Also if a job is not scheduled for that day, then they cannot assign their hours to the job on the app. I'd like to see more automatic uploads of our communications with clients via email and phone in Jobber. I'd like to see job costing analysis to see if we were profitable on certain types of jobs.

Recommendations to other buyers: Does not help with job costing, so you'll need something separate from that.

Cons: the new updates are lacking in functionality. We lost a lot of abilities in the mobile app with the latest update.

Comments: Overall we really love the mobile ability of Jobber. If your office is in the field like mine then this is the software to go with.

I wish there was a built in platform for send marketing emails to existing customers or at least an integrated tool. I also think that there should be a "quick pay" button so that you don't have to close job, create invoice, then take pay. In the field sitting with a customer that can be an awkward moment.

Also, when you put in a job on a mobile device you shouldn't have to edit the newly created job right after entering the date of the job. This is an extra step that can be avoided. I should be ablessed to enter what service it is, the date of the job, price, etc all on the same screen.

This would be really helpful when a customer decides they want to sign up for service right away (don't need a quote).

Once again, we love the software and will continue to use it. These small changes would take this app from a 8.5/10 to 10/10.
