"Glad to see improvement again"

**Overall:** I love that I can pull together multiple business departments together. Ive used podio for over 8 years and have stayed loyal till now.

**Pros:** Globiflow and mallableness. I like that i can build my own apps. I like that its flexible and affordable.

**Cons:** Changing hands a lot and lack of dashboard improvements. I dont have the technical knowledge to do the best stuff or make procfu look attractive

"Amazing abilities to automate!"

**Overall:** I love the automation features, as well as the ability to integrate RightSignature, Dynamic Forms, etc. It's really saves us a LOT of time automating tasks and emails!!

**Pros:** The customer service response time from our Podio rep is amazing! Jacquelyn is always available to help and super fast to respond and solve our problems when we need her!

**Cons:** Lack of reporting options. It would be very helpful if Podio had some better printing and reporting options.
