Really good app loaded with great features. Unfortunately for us Google Calendar integration is not yet bi-directional. Once Podio developers improve gmail calendar integration, they'll be really hard to beat!

Pros

nothing. i signed up for the free version, they waited til i wouldn't notice and then charged me for 2 months of the paid version.

Cons

the "free" version is a scam. avoid and find something else that's not run by scumbags.

Pros

It is flexibility , like you can customize it to match any kind of project. Also you can link it with 3rd party apps. It has an amazing event management system .

Cons

It's price is quite high and you can only add 5 employees in the free version which makes it a bit difficult to use the free version.

Pros

I found Podio to be an effective platform for organizing a project team. It was easy to add people, tasks, and keep track of files.

Cons

The software seems really flexible, and I doubt that my team had customized it. I think if they had set it up differently it could have been really great.
