Efficient and has all the information needed to run projects. Could be updated with more modern UI.

Pros

Schedule works efficiently and integrates well wither other software. Able to see details and product list helps to organize

Cons

Sometimes the integration has a bug and doesn't connect well UI could be updated a bit. Too many info text can overwhelm new users.

Q360 has lots of customizable features allowing you to design a workflow that is unique to your clients. The ability to customize reports provides insight to key trends allowing for process improvement internally & externally.

Pros

Moving to the web platform saw a huge improvement in productivity. The help tool is useful and the ability to customize workflows assists greatly.

Cons

Working from the desktop version was extremely slow.

Q360 is a great software, our organization uses it on a daily for a variety of tasks and each employee is tied into the software with their own account and accessibility privileges.

Pros

Q360 is a great software for workflow and automation. It creates efficiency and helps track and log details of each event that takes place. Great for asset management!!

Cons

Sometimes it takes a little time to load in the first login but this all depends of how big your database is but other than that no complaints.

It’s a highly effective tool manage almost anything and would recommend it to anyone who manages a business with lots of projects and or warehouse management.

Pros

The vast amount of information available and the ability to manage any project, track any item or call.

Cons

The GUI could use some updating to make it more user friendly. I don’t want to strain my eyes looking for something because a lot of the GUI elements are too small.

We went from multiple systems for timebilling, inventory, sales, accounting, service support and project management to a single system. A lot of effort has gone into the transition but the partnership with Q360 to deliver on our expectations has been outstanding.

Pros

The Q360 tool has transformed our business enabling us to meet company goals around consistency and predictability. It allows us to centralize information and gives us real time information to run the business profitably.

Cons

There is a mobile version, a web version and a desktop version. Each offers less or more functionality so depending on the department, users are in a different version. Maintain process documentation across multiple platforms is a challenge and we look forward to a web version that will meet the needs of our entire organization.

It seems like a really useful program, but for 20-25 years ago. It needs a major interface change and needs to be re-written for what the end users in each department need.

Pros

It has some features that could be useful

Cons

It does not function smoothly as a sole CRM for my company. The glitches and bugs keep me from working a full day.

We purchased Q360 in 10/2013 and it is an excellent fit for our IT company. We have been using for a little over a year and the ability to customize is what we like best. We use all aspects of the system for our admin staff, as well as the field service for our technicians, customer portal for our customers. We previously had multiple software packages to do our business and we now only have 1. Q360 links in to ADP and Speedtax and makes those two areas seamless integration. We found Solutions 360 on Capterra and was very please with the options that were available while we were searching for the right fit for our company.

We have been using Q360 for 16 months. We went from using 4 different software packages to run our business down to a single package, Q360. Our biggest challenge was getting out of our own way. Q360 raised our awareness in the areas where we lacked discipline maintenance agreement & service module - customer sign their service resolutions via iphone/ipad. immediately updated & invoiced if T & M...tracks our maintenance agreement customers monthly, quarterly & annually. Account Managers are awareof what I happening within their accounts Pros Great Financial Package...we have more visibility to the numbers throughout the month than ever before. We have closed every month on or before the 10th. CRM tool provides everyone in the company total visibility of everyone touching the clients reminders are easy to use to keep you on track & up to date with clients Job Costing very detailed & intricate method of job costing. must be disciplined in your actions regarding projects you know everyday where you stand with your projects you know who is responsible for the project & who is working on the projects tracking of % complete & margin comparison from when first sold to completion Cons discipline - the lack there of has created challenges that only we can resolve sometimes cumbersome when mistakes are made & need to be corrected scheduling of resources module can be a bit challenging
