Pros Ability to change transactions that have already been made. Caveat... Make certain only trusted employees are able to access functions of this type. Cons Not user friendly or intuitive. Most functions a propane gas company needs or uses require far too many deep dives into the software to access. Absolutely the worst for any type of sales reporting. Software requires you to build queries to ascertain any pertinent information you may want to see. No ability to assign your own account numbers to new accounts. Reasons for choosing Cargas Energy RCC botched 3 attempts at a data conversion and we took a $30,000 hit and moved on.Smart Drops was unable to come up with an invoice that could be emailed to customers. Employees like it and adapted somewhat quickly. Good mobile and tech support most of the time. Most of the staff are knowledgeable and polite. Pros Flexibility and comprehensive nature. Although customers and managers love the integration with MyFuelPortal.
