HRiQ system has many comprehensive modules and covers most of our HR needs well. The support team responds promptly and are helpful, and their workshops, especially for updates and year‑end closing, are really useful. It would be great if the system could be a bit more flexible, but overall it’s been a positive experience.

overall is good but alot of room for improvement esepcially on the appraisal module. alot of limitations.

Pros

Customer Support is good, prompt assistance given. system is good for leave claims and hr operational needs.

Cons

system has alot of unnecessary steps for example need to click "save" den "submit" for claim submission.
