Annual Leave tracking, Reporting & CPD tracking is brilliant! App is brilliant and easy too! Cons Nothing, they only thing they don't have that we would be interested in is a payroll feature but it's an excellent HR software. Which makes it easy to roll out to Business. Being able to produce reports to the business has been useful and for the HR team its great we can now start looking at data and using it to solve HR problems. It allows us to be more efficient. Cons Some features which would be good to have are 1. It would be good to be able to set up automatic emails at certain points such as a new starter email to send to managers 2. it would be good to be able to attach some documents to the automataic emails that go out 3.
