Test Engineer Computer Software Used the software for: 2+ years ### "HR Management tool…" September 10, 2018 4.0 Pros I am using HRMantra from past one year, it is very good tool to monitor the employee attendance, and also we have some more feature that is HRIS, Leave, Calendar (with Holiday list), PMS, LMS & HR Policies. And also it has my past one-year attendance data and we can it any time. Cons Every time I got Confusion on Leave Balance and History, Sometimes it will not update my swipe details, when I open the Leave Application page it will take time to load the page. HRMantra is supporting mostly employee attendance (IN and OUT Time) and leaves updated. 2. Employer marriage and birthday notification message displayed. 3. Company holidays list showing. 4. Some functional supported like Apply, HRIS, Staffing, Attendance, Leave, Calendar, Favorite and policies etc.… Cons 1\. I think data should be displayed on front screen , data can’t be download 2. Mostly this tool supported only office and school levels. It is easy to use for attendance tracking but if you want to look on other details regarding an employee than the experience is not that good and often we have to use other tools to do so. Pros HR Mantra is an easy software to use. It has simple UI which helps everyone to utilise it easily. The additional features of filling out KRAs and pre loaded sample also makes it easier for the users to put less efforts. Cons It is not equipped with all the feature you would like in a HR Management tool, it has it's own drawbacks like the tracking of attendance management. It is not completely automated and sometimes you have to reach out your HR and get the issue resolved which other wise you should have been able to do it on your own. Review Source VP Vishwambhar P. Home Page Menu's hover is not up to mark. The controls style is little old, now lot of advanced control styles available.
