Pros I liked one thing the most about this software is what is offers, from 360degree feedback to peer review and continuous feedback options these are some option I really like about the software. Apart from it its okr module is simply fabulous is easy to use, simple and just perfect. Cons The report generation part is something i really didnt like much about this software, as per my usage of other softwares it is complex . i can be made simpler and better. a major work is required in report generation area. The ease of use has been the prime reason for its quick acceptance. Overall it made our lives easier. Pros The software is user friendly and would rate it high as far as "Ease of Use" is concerned. The up-time is also very good. Additionally, a lot of the work flow can be customized from the front end itself which is a big relief. Cons Building of reports from front end is limited. This is a bit painful given that the Synergita team is slow in adding new reports to the list proactively. Turnaround time on service request is a bit slow.
