Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] e has been pivotal and amazing in the customer support calls and video chats in customizing workflow and efficiencies, and helping compliance with documentation. She is observant, and a great listener. She asks questions for clarity and over several calls she has completely improved my workspace for charting.

Cons

As with any EMR, it has standard auto salt macros. They were predominantly for chiropractic only clinics, with clinic support and multidisciplinary approach they have developed into more medical style charting.

Experience in the past was cumbersome - too many changes all the time. Now, v 2 looks to be more consistent.

Pros

I'm learning that it is a lot more powerful that it was when I was trained on it eleven years ago. I'm interested in more training to streamline processes in our clinic. Customer training today was succinct and she stayed on task, but also responded carefully to my questions.

Cons

I don't have an opinion except that I am unfamiliar with it. I have been frustrated with the constant changes and lacking features that would be helpful in an Oregon office.

What I like most about clinic mind is that their staff is very fast, responsive, and patient. They walk me through step by step on how to correct claims.

Cons

There are many ways to fix rejected claims and it can be hard to understand at times but techs are very helpful in learning.

Initially, we underutilized it, not really understanding the features. It was in a conversation when one of their support team recognized this and offered a training session which turned into multiple sessions which significantly increased the value to me as I learned the features

Customer service is very helpful in answering my billing and posting questions due to being new to this software. Also, they are very good at scheduling zoom meeting to explain in detail how to do things.

Cons

The thing I dont like is finding the right codes to post payments. If the software doesnt like it, it will reject it.

I have had a very positive experience with ClinicMind. The staff has been great with helping me customize the software to my needs. I am not good w computers, and the support staff has been very patient with me.

Pros

I like how it is very similar to Bulletproof. I like the overall flow of the software and like that I can adapt it to what I need for documentation. Being able to log on at home or elsewhere is nice compared to Bulletproof having to be at the office only.

Cons

At first the software was confusing because it was all new to me. Moving the patient info from Bulletproof to ClinicMind using Benchmark took some time to get comfortable with and was time consuming. I wish there was another way to move that patient info over, but I totally understand there will be growing pains.

I am extremely happy that I switched from another electronic health record company to Clinic Mind. It is a powerful tool that integrates clinical practice, documentation, billing, and collection tracking.

Pros

Clinic Mind is awesome. It has made me a more effective and efficient clinician. I can track appointments, billing, and past-due items very quickly and in a sophisticated manner. In addition, note-taking and document management have been excellent. There are options to use an AI scribe, which I don't do because I'm a fast typist, but that is available if needed. They have a telehealth platform as well. I'm a one-person practice without front office staff, and Clinic Mind has enabled me to function as if I had many employees! When I had a suggestion

Cons

There is a big learning curve, which was worth the time investment. The coaches and contact people are responsive and very well trained. They have a highly structure on boarding process with beginner, intermediate, and advanced skills they cover before training is complete. They also reach out personally when new features are available. Just today, I had a training with \[sensitive content hidden\], who was motivated to make sure I was up to date with the new features of the Patient Portal. Some of my older patients had difficulty signing on to the telehealth platform. When I pointed this out, the head of software development reached out to me and he appreciated my concern and made the sign on process much more intuitive and I haven't had a problem since. I do think one area they need to integrate is a diagnostic test platform, where you can access a drop down menu to create prescriptions for blood tests and diagnostic procedures.

Customer support was very helpful and did a great job teaching me how to navigate the available options.

Pros

Very intuitive and easy to navigate the patient's chart from field to field. Easy to add different macros as well.

Cons

The screen is somewhat busy, with many buttons and menus available for the patient and the business side of the practice.

Pros

The ease of use and how helpful the customer support is, along with the education to learning the system to better utilize the platform.

View of the whole appointments in one view. An option to completely hide the navigation bar to the left side of the screen.

It has been great! They have been very flexible and helpful with my own time frame with the buildout phase of the practice, as well as helping me stay up to do with updates and changes.

Pros

I love the help support and also the ability it has to integrate AI for the scheduling and notes. It has been an easy process getting trained and started with Clinic Mind!

Cons

The schedule isn't as changeable or adaptable as I would like. I want to have adjusting hours and initial exam hours. At the moment, people could schedule an exam during the adjusting hours and i dont want that.

Pros

I like the family linking, scheduling bulk and task button. Everything is straight forward and clean.

Cons

i least like how cramped it is the screen is somewhat hard to read and see patients. Also, appointment are hard to see.

Accessible information for patient, provider, practice and billing in this solution to combine several software platforms into one comprehensive system

Pros

Tight integration of billing cycle to EMR and reports. Moving from tab to tab is easier and more accurate than previous software

Cons

Learning curve, but it was worth it. I needed to open my mind to a better way of reporting and integrating the separate billing functions.

My overall experience with ClinicMind has been exceptional but I also have an exceptional biller/manager assigned to my group.

Pros

We use a separate EMR as a group of OT's. The support from the billing side has been exceptional. The billers do not adjust off codes. They will go after the hard to get insurance payments in a much more timely manner than our previous billing company. I also have a point person who is very responsive and reliable. He hears my needs and tends to them very well. I am able to use many reports to help us with our key performance indicators. It took us a little while but with great communication and focus from our main biller we have a much better standard operating procedure (SOP) which makes billing and collecting better than our previous company.

Cons

ClinicMind does not collect patient payments so you need to be organized, collect every copay on the date of service and have your front office work patient responsibilities.

Happy with the system. I am grateful that we can work on it together. I can always get training on new products and directions to see how I can utilize the system the best way to make my practice more streamlined and efficient.

Pros

I like the detail that we can create. I like that they take into account my input for improvement from the field. They are available on chat or phone. I like they are evolving and improving their system and the follow up is very good.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to keep up with new innovations on the system. So I have to do a lot of trainings to keep up with the new technology and direction, and sometimes it takes my office a long time to calibrate our needs and settings into the new system. Like our charting notes and the system charting notes need be collaborated and it takes time once it is done it is great but it takes time.

Pros

ClinicMind support always helps with any situations that arise, and are very prompt with their service.

Cons

Some workflows feel complex and require multiple steps, which can slow down routine tasks. Otherwise, we have had great success using this software

Easy to learn. Easy to use. I hired someone with zero front desk experience and she was using the software with ease within just a few days.

Pros

The intuitive nature and the various ways to accomplish many tasks in a high paced environment keeps me more than satisfied with Clinicmind. Its easy to use and brings the team together.

Cons

I'm more than satisfied. The software is easy to use. Perhaps just make formatting the phone numbers automatic.

This is the BEST company for customer service. Billing tools are easy to use. Training is fast and updates are well explained.

Cons

This software is advanced. I am learning how to use new tool daily. I have not found any negatives about this company.
