My experience with Forms-Wizard has been extremely positive. It’s a stable, reliable platform that has supported my work across many types of events and tours over the years. The support team is responsive, and the system is regularly updated with useful improvements. It has truly become an integral part of how I manage and organize my operations.

Pros

I’ve been using Forms-Wizard for almost 10 years, and what I appreciate most is how simple and intuitive it is. It saves me so much time, and it’s flexible enough to handle all kinds of forms—for tours, events, and more. I can customize everything to fit exactly what I need without hassle.

Cons

Honestly, not much. If I had to choose something, maybe a few more design options or templates would be nice—but overall, it really does the job well.

We used Forms Wizard for multiple events, both virtual and live, and it exceeded our expectations. The platform was easy to use, and the registration process was smooth and hassle-free for our participants.

Pros

The ability to customize the registration forms and collect all of the necessary information in one place was invaluable. The system's access control features also made it easy to track attendance and engagement throughout the event.

Cons

As an event planner, I have used various registration systems before, but none compared to Forms Wizard. The system is intuitive and easy to use, and the customer service team is exceptional, always quick to respond to any inquiries or issues.

The system can handle even the most complex registration processes with ease, and the customization options allow us to tailor the forms to our specific needs.

there are many solutions in the market but the combination of feature rich, great price and top service make the product best in the market. there is no wondering that they took over the market

the usability is outstanding - it is different and original Backoffice that make it pleasure to work with.

Cons

none that i know of any issues with the system. they introduced 2 factor authentication it is annoying (;
