### "Great Utility Billing Software"

Our residents will see the difference when they are able to view their water account online. A feature that our last software did not did have. This will save time answering phones as the resident can now go online for basic account information. So far, we have had a great experience with Muni-Link! The support staff was an awesome salesperson and they have great Project Manager!

Pros

The overall value of the product! It is a easy to use, top-notch billing system for a great price! And the people at Muni-Link are awesome!

Cons

We really don't have a negative about Muni-Link so far.

### "New Utility Software"

I can already tell that this program is going to save a lot of time and steps from what we are currently doing.

Pros

The features that Muni-Link provides make our utility billing a seamless process. The site is very user-friendly and very easy to show new staff how to use.

Cons

The only thing I dislike is that I didn't know about this product sooner.

Reason for choosing Muni-Link

Great customer services and the ability to interface with our current accounting software.

### "My overall billing experience with Muni-Link"

My overall experience has been great! The sales team is awesome, the customer support team is wonderful. I feel like I know them personally. They are the most pleasant people to talk to. Great team (Muni-Link) :)

Pros

What I like most about Muni-Link software was how easy it was to get our old billing software transferred to the new billing software. I was very nervous at first, but it all fell into place very easily. When any problems did arise, the support team was able to help in a reasonable amount of time. The software is very easy to use. The billing is step by step. I would recommend this to any new businesses thinking of going to Muni-Link. It has been almost five years since we started this software.

Cons

I really do not have any complaints except when they do updates they do not always let you know ahead of time. If changes are being made I would like to be notified prior to.

This is a very easy way to improve your website allowing your community the opportunity to be updated when events are going on.

Cons

It does take some time to learn and understand the way to update the site. However, it is simple once you catch on.

We converted over from our DOS based program to Link in March of 2013 and have been exceptionally pleased with this programs performance. Customer support has always been very responsive, and their new implementation of monthly webinars is very helpful. The only reason for not giving an overall rating of 5 stars is the lack of ability to create custom reports. While they have a variety of reports available, they sometimes give more info than needed or not exactly what we are looking for combined in one report. If there was a way to select the info elements and order to be shown on one report, that would make this perfect!

We replaced 30 year old software so it sounds like this would be fantastic. Well it will be once we learn the advantages of the superior system, to what we were used to.

Pros

all of the information that you can have on a account. I like the fact that we can have this soft ware work with other software and get a more uniform system.

The software services we started in October in 2014. Being that I was new going into the billing I really had a lot of support from muni-link. There are a lot of pros than cons. The employees are so positive in showing the system to me. We are in the 4 month of the system and I have learned a lot from the employees. My hands go off to Leigh, Jessica & Ashley for being so professional and kind to me on the new system. The system really is computer friendly and will be compatable to my needs near future.
