Pros: add transparency to sales commission plans, eliminates commission

related fraud and motivates sales teams.

Cons: none, basically we are happy with everything we've got. I would improve the product GUI to fit large screens

Pros: Joopy's Next Best Action capability helps sales representatives prioritize which sales component to focus on within the current performance period in order to optimize their chances of hitting revenue and commission targets. Having a real-time display (desktop or mobile viewing) of the remaining sales revenue to generate within a performance period (and the associated commissions) is a powerful aid to any sales associate.

Cons: While no product is perfect, there hasn't been one item in particular that has caused frustration up to this point.

Overall: Highly knowledgeable team. Great customer service. Innovative solution that accommodate simple to the most complex sales commission plans for any sized sales organization.

Pros: The use of this software increased our sales and improved the company profitability, optimized margins and better motivated our managers.

Cons: The use of the software required some training

Pros: Ease of use and transparency of the information - easy to use for a sales person and puts the next best step to achieve comp plan in front of the sales person at all times.

Management of multiple incentive plans is easy for the manager as well.

Cons: The blinking bubbles on the front page.

Pros: Great software for managing employees commissions and bonuses.

On the software there is the side for the administrator and the side for the employees where they can follow their progress on a daily or monthly basis (which motivates them to sell more in order to reach their monthly target).

Cons: I don't have any cons for this software.
