So much time back!!

Pros

I love using that software! My contacts invoices great communication and so much more is all in one spot for me to access. It's also so great that I can login online and access it from anywhere. I have multiple people in my studio and we can all share information and see what each other has done which is been so helpful. They are also constantly adding new features based on customer feedback which is just amazing !

Cons

It can take a bit to set up and get familiar with, but it's worth it's weight in gold once you do! They also do have people you can hire to help you get it set up

A business that practically runs itself, happier, more informed clients, a happy accountant!

Pros

This software is so insanely comprehensive. It does so much; even my accountant was impressed by it! And, if there's something it doesn't do that you could use, the customer service is absolutely the best I have ever worked with.

Cons

The only drawback to Pixifi is that like any other software this great, it takes some getting used to. You really need to dive in and commit to get the best out of Pixifi, even though it's overwhelming at first. I promise the pay off is SO worth it. So much of my business now practically runs itself.

There are almost no cons... unless you consider that new features are added regularly, and you must learn those new features in order to take advantage of them. The pros are numerous... including the best customer service you can find. Almost instant response on their very active Facebook support page. If not from one of the staff, then from several active users within the group who have set up much of their own site dynamics and are happy to answer questions. Email support is also available for more complex issues or questions. The software does have a learning curve, but if you follow the "wizard" closely, you'll have it all learned and ready to go in just a few days. If that doesn't work for you, there is a service available that will help you get going (it's extra, but is one-time). Honestly, online booking is probably my favorite part, as it is seamless into my studio and I can book sessions 24/7. There are too many features to list, but the website has plenty of insight. It's not fluff, either. It's a great bit of software, and gets better all the time.

Pros

I enjoyed the contract templates & being able to send them to my clients so they can sign online. I also liked the event calendar.

Cons

I never used it to it's full potential because I found a lot of the stuff wasn't useful to my business. At the time it wasn't very appealing to the eye either. Not sure if they've updated in the past year.

Overall I love using Pixifi to organize all client communication and records!

Pros

\* Efficient booking system - takes care of everything from initial client inquiry to contract to booking confirmation \* I love the calendar integration tool as that makes easy scheduling work flow and making sure there are no double bookings \* Simple and easy to use and alot of customization options available \* Competitive pricing as compared to others in the market

Cons

Overall it is easy to use but customization can be a learning curve in the beginning but once you get familiarized it is a great tool to keep everything organized!

Pixifi was a total game changer in my business! This ever-growing software system has evolved SO much and keeps evolving to meet the needs of my always growing and always evolving business. And for that, I'm so thankful. We are SO organized with regards to our clients and events, and it's made the entire process seamless and easy. Having this software accessible online has, perhaps, made it the most versatile! We can access it any time from anywhere. And that's huge! Because if I want to go on vacation AND book a wedding at the same time, I can. Super easy! Like any new program, there's some setup. But it's all so customizable that it's TOTALLY worth the time. In addition, I have been impressed with the personable and highly responsive customer service since day one. I was one of the early adapters of the software and because of all of the reasons above, I chose to become a "Lifetime Subscriber" a few years ago. This software has more than paid for itself. I am a more confident and much more organized creative professional because of it. BONUS: My clients love how easy it is to manage their contracts, invoices, questionnaires, etc. through their client portal and I look totally profesh from start to finish! That said, I'm not one to give confident reviews without doing my research. Other programs and software have come along and I've taken the time to test out some of their engines. I've chosen to stick with Pixifi because their system was more robust, more tailored to my needs, and again - the customer service totally rocks! They are far superior to most other software systems I've come across for so many reasons.

I started using Pixifi in 20012 and ever since the software has only gotten better. I would recommend it to every studio, no matter the size. From leads to follow-ups Pixifi is amazing!

I've been testing free trials of a few management websites. Pixifi definitely comes in in the top 3! It's so nice to be able to keep every single aspect of my business all in one place not have to juggle multiple platforms! However, I will choose a different website host, simply because there are others with more to offer for a lesser price tag.

Pros

\-ability to create event timelines (a must for wedding photography) and send digital copies to clients -ability to create and send digital contracts (I've been known to send beforehand then bring a printed version to clients at sessions, but this feature from Pixifi makes me look so much more professional!) -ability to sync Google calendar (plus many other apps and software) -ability to keep track of business expenses

Cons

For me personally, it's a little overpriced for the basic plan as it doesn't include some necessities. To upgrade to get the unlimited package is expensive. It would be nice to see a discount for paying annually rather than one base price per month.

Pros

Best customer service in the industry. Tim is fixing issues overnight at time. I had submitted a help request on a Friday night at 2 in the morning, Saturday afternoon he had the problem solved.

I could not run my business without Pixifi! Seriously. I started using pixifi at a point in my business that I couldn't afford an assistant but was struggling to keep up with my client load. I call that time "the dark year" (I really do). Pixifi really made a huge impact on my business staying open then. Two years later, my business has grown to where I now have an associate photographer and just added a part time office administrator to help me fully utilize all the power pixifi packs in it's punch. I've looked elsewhere and there is not one software system out there that can compare to what pixifi has to offer and Tim is adding more every day. In addition to that awesomeness, many of my clients comment on how professional my booking process is... It actually impresses them. While the customer care and marketing suites might be mine... the interface is all Pixifi. And let me tell you about customer care... personally answering tech issues aside... I once wrote Tim about how the new animation on the website was making me dizzy (I suffer from vertigo at times) and his immediate response was "Let me get right on that! I'm so sorry!"... I fully expected a "it can't be done" response but that's not Tim and that's not Pixifi. Tim actually cares about his clients... and Pixifi helps me take care of mine!

It's really convenient tool for scheduling, managing my own business and keep all contracts in one place. They have also a group on facebook with constant support from professionals.

Cons

There is only beta version on mobile. Waiting for more!

I loved that everything was prepped and ready to go. It was my to-go client organizer when I was starting out. Unfortunately, the learning curve was a little steep. I wasn't sure how to get things customized to fit my brand. It just never seemed to want to match what I had going. Overall, I loved it. I managed to take a lot of the elements with me moving forward. However, I wish I could have figured out things easier. There was no guide to make understanding what goes where and how it works. I felt like I was an idiot for not getting it.

Pros

I enjoyed that there were ready-to-use contracts, templates, and emails. It made things easy and simple to customize to my taste. I also enjoyed having a calendar and the financial tools at my use.

Cons

The learning curve was difficult. Even though there were templates available to me, getting things to automatically send or setting it up was just a touch tricky for me. I also was not happy with the customization. It felt like things were forced to look like one way. There was no personality about branding.

If I ever decide to go full time for myself again I can see something like Pixifi being useful but honestly there are so many competitors that just do this and do it better.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to customize and how quickly I was able to get up and running. It was a one stop utility for my small business.

Cons

It was too much for my small business. I can see this working if I was all in, but my business is really just a side business.

My client system was a cluttered MESS before we started using Pixifi. It took me days to get contracts sent to clients, weeks for me to receive signed copies in the mail, and sometimes even longer than that to get paid for a new booking. We switched to Pixifi three years ago and it was SUCH a good decision! Now, instead of keeping all my client contracts + information in a messy file cabinet, it's online and available to me no matter where I may be in the world. It takes a bit of time to get set up right at the beginning, but once you've got your information in place, it runs perfectly. Sending contracts and, more importantly, getting paid in a TIMELY manner, has never been easier for us and our clients! It also keeps all our financial information easy to access for income forecasting + year-end purposes. We love Pixifi, and we also love how committed the owner (Tim) is to maintaining a system that truly is a SOLUTION for his clients. He'll go to any lengths to make sure your questions are answered, and he + his team are constantly finding new ways to make Pixifi even better for the photographers who use it.

### "High learning curve, but worth it"

I am pretty new to using it, so I have had some frustration with trying to figure things out. While there are videos to teach you the basics, they are older and because they are updating and adding new features all the time, there are things missing from the videos.

Pros

Lots of features - it does everything I need and more. It is also very customizable to my needs and business.

Cons

The con is kind of the same as the pro - lots of features. While it's great that the system is so robust, that means that there's a lot to figure out and it takes a while to learn. There are videos to help you and some articles and the developer is very responsive to questions, however, they could really use some updated and more detailed help videos.

The best part of Pixifi outside of the amazing software is the customer service! They go above and beyond every time. You can’t go wrong with this software... I am a Lifetimer!

Pros

This software is amazing, it does absolutely everything I need it to do and more! I love having all of my client information in one place. Not only saves me time but keeps me organized and on top off all of my tasks.

Cons

I would love to see an integration with a financial software like Quickbooks.

Pixifi has become the backbone of my photography business. It combines CRM, proposals, calendaring, online contracting, online invoicing, and so many other features that I can't even begin to list them all. This one integrated system ties together features that would cost so much more (and be less integrated) than if you were to try to piece it all together yourself. Pixifi is, by no means, a simple system. Because it has so many features setting it up can get overwhelming, but if you take it one feature at a time you'll come to wonder how you ever survived without it. Their facebook community is extremely active and helpful, often answering most questions within minutes. The best part of Pixifi, however, if the support from the developers. They are constantly working to improve the system, add new features, and fix bugs. On the two occasions I've had to use their support, the main developer went above and beyond to resolve the issues. I have never seen this level of support from any developer!

At the start of me growing my business I joined several studio management program trials to decide which would fit me best. Pixifi won by a landslide , having everything you could possible need as a pro photographer (aside from QuickBooks integration which is actually IN the works!!!) . It was easy to set up, especially with workflow, questionnaires, invoice , reminders, emails and contract templates already set up for you to use and customize(this is just scratching the surface)... The automation and customization is outstanding and helps set me apart from other's. One thing that definitely stands out is the level of customer service. Not only can you email the creator directly, but they have a FAQ, toooons of tutorials , and best of all- a Facebook support group that you can ask any question to do with Pixifi and either the creator Tim or one of his knowledgeable associates will help until your issue is resolved. It's so out of the norm and so completely amazing. Will never go anywhere else. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

PROS: Customer service is beyond excellence, nothing like you've ever experienced.! The peer/member support is also amazingly supportive with both software issues, and making your business better. The customization and personalization is almost endless. Once you painstakingly set up automations, it saves so much valuable time, while providing clients with better services. CONS: It's difficult to really list any because it seems we're often singing its praises. I will say, there is a bit of learning curve to it, but the more you use it, the more intuitive it becomes. For me, the only way Pixifi could compete with QuickBooks of Intuit right now, would be to have the ability to easily pull customized reports, save them as a PDF and export them as needed. We look forward to the day when those features will be available. Will also look forward to more customized searches of Invoices, Clients, etc. using filters.

Pros

It's an incredibly robust system that tracks everything from clients, emails, income, payments, and even a calendar (and booking!) for your sessions. It's features are nearly endless and their customer support is awesome– happy to help get you set up through their instructional videos and with the staff themselves.

Cons

The pricing is a little hard to stomach, especially since there are similar platforms out there for cheaper, but when you consider all the time it saves me in otherwise arduous manual tasks it is worth every penny.

Pixifi is easy to use but not simple to learn but there is good reason for that! This software is a POWERHOUSE and an invaluable tool in our business. Think of it this way; if you had never seen a cell phone before and someone handed you a first gen Nokia and an iPhone 6, which would be the easiest to learn how to use? The answer is obvious. But which one has the capability to be an incredibly functional tool in so many aspects of your life? Let's just say this; there's a reason everyone is waking around with smartphones instead of first generation Nokia's in their hands! There's a learning curve but it's worth the effort! Also, the customer service and prompt response of members within the Facebook page who are eager to help you figure things out is unmatched! There is certainly a tribe that has formed around this amazing product/service and it's easy to see why!

Not to be overzealous, but there are almost too many pros when it comes to Pixifi. It makes client management easy, professional and takes the headache out of the administrative aspect of owning a business (particularly a creative business). It's ability to communicate with clients through templates, assign workflows, send contracts, invoices and questionnaires, receive payments and track leads has made it the number one tool of running our business. But if you really want to know what sets it apart, look no further than the customer service. They're like the Nordstrom of client management programs! They're always available to help, are continually making updates, and it honestly feels like they get great joy out of engaging with their customers. Not only is the actual program incredible and useful, but their customer service absolutely makes them the best!

Pixifi can be a bit of a challenge to get set up. However, Tim and Lisa's customer service and immediate response makes the weight of setting it up MUCH easier. They work hard at making sure questions are answered immediately. They have webinars and how-to videos. They provide links full of information that will walk you through setting up. It takes a little while to get things completely set, but once you do it you don't ever have to touch it again! Then you can basically sit back and let Pixifi automate and run your business for you. Since using Pixifi I no longer make the mistake of double-booking. Everything I need is immediately at my fingertips. And, to top it off, it's made doing my taxes so much easier! I can't ever imagine using anything else!!!

Small business owners and entrepreneurs have their hands full. As a one-man show, I need client management software that is easy to use, robust, and affordable. Pixifi meets, exceeds, and stays ahead of my needs. I'd be doing Pixifi a great disservice if I didn't mention the responsiveness of the customer service and support, however. It is rare that I need help or support, but when I do, it is fast, responsive, and thorough. I don't know how they do it, but I am in awe. They have won a customer for life. Always adding new features, improving existing features, and listening to our feature requests, Pixifi is everything I could need or want in a CRM system for my busy photography studio!
