Pros

It practically enables you to sit back and let it take over part of the running of the business. You can define your branding, logo and settings; lead auto-responders and custom email settings, hours of operation, inquiry forms and automations, export client lists for bulk emailing, link documents to clients and events, etc… Tasks and overdue tasks are neatly presented. QuickAdd from any page to quickly add new items. The help section as well as their facebook page are incredibly resourceful. Clean interface: hover over a category and the modules within will open rather than having a full and cluttered menu.

Cons

I’m warming up to Pixifi; still learning the ropes but definitely warming up…so far I’m impressed.

I don't know what I would do without Pixifi. It's an amazing tool and very easy to use once you have set it up. What to say about Pixifi? I don't know how I ever ran ShadowCatcher Ltd. Photography, LLC without it. Before Pixifi I would book my appointments and then have another meeting with the client for contract signing, then another meeting for deposit or payment. Pixifi has streamlined the back end of the business so much so that I can now be out meeting prospective clients, sign contracts with current clients and spend more time shooting. Because of Pixifi I can now say that I work smarter not harder.

Pros

The great custom templates and the integration with other applications such as Google Calendar make it a major convenience for everything work related, a genuine time saver.

Cons

The system while great is very pricey and expensive, the learning curve is insane and very hard to adjust to. The UI is also nothing to speak of, it is not visually appealing in the slightest.

It takes a little while to get going with this software, but its really outstanding in so many ways. It really helps keep up with your client load and acts as an outstanding assistant. The cost per month for such an outstanding product and I would recommend it to anyone.

This software has literally changed my business. I caneed not say enough positive things about Pixifi and Tim. Pixifi has helped organize my business in a way I could never have done on my own. It helps my clients as well. It has simplified the way I receive contracts and payments. It keeps track of everything and anything I need for my business. There are so many different tools that I would have never thought of. Tim is constantly working on improving it. The customer service is top notch. You really can't go wrong with this. Highly recommend.

As a photographer I use Pixifi to manage over 80 wedding clients annually. This software is robust and incredibly flexible. I had never used a software like this before so there was a learning curve. However, the learning curve was worth the effort because of all the ways it makes my life easier. Tim, the owner and chief designer continues to make the software better almost on a weekly basis. Changes are always intuitive and easy to understand. I plan to continue using the software as long as I'm in the photography business.

I have been in love with Pixifi since I first found it. After reviewing multiple CMS options, Pixifi won hands down with its ability to manage clients, events, leads, send invoices, track money and expenses, taxes, booking pages, workflow, integration with multiple third party platforms (like Mailchimp, Google, Stripe, etc.), workshops, the list goes on and on. Pixifi does what I would normally need at least three other programs to accomplish.

Best Customer service, hands down. The program is so powerful and Tim is always adding new features. It's been so helpful to have our studio management system all in one place! There's a time investment to get started, but it's so, so worth it!

Have been with Pixifi for about 4 years. Pixifi has streamlined my workflow tremendously. From capturing lead information to producing invoices in seconds. The team is always quick to respond to any questions and the community of users are the friendliest professionals that are always on hand for each other in more ways than using Pixifi. Set up does take time but once done properly you are saving time. Lot's of time. Honestly not sure where my business would be without it.

There are no cons of this software. The software works wonderfully. It does things I didn't even know I need, and now I wouldn't be able to live without. Tim is a one-man coder and with as often as he is rolling out new features you wonder if he actually sleeps. On top of the constant stream of new and updated features, the customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Seriously, if all customer service was this great the world would be a different place. Pixifi always and forever!

I have been using Pixifi for over a year now and I absolutely love it! It takes some time to setup at the beginning, like all other studio management softwares, but now it saves me so much time! Love their customer service!!! Someone is always available to help if any problem arouses and there is an updated feature almost every two weeks! I don't know what you are looking for, but I know I found the software that works just right for me.

This software so great and very thorough. Tim has thought of everything and chances are if he hasn't, he will add it with your request!! The support through FB and email is top notch - always quick answers. As with any big software program there is a bit of a learning curve but stick with it. It is TOTALLY worth it!

Pros: Tim Hussey the mastermind behind Pixifi. He is directly involved with his customers. Making sure any issues are quickly resolved and requests for improvements be heard. Pixifi has every feature you could want and more. Cons: it is time consuming to set up but once it's done it practically runs your business for you.

Pixifi has saved my sanity and my business. It is a bit overwhelming to set up all at once, so I just set up things as I needed them. I love having everything all in one place. All of the business aspects are handled in Pixifi leaving the rest of my time free for the creative aspects. Love, love, love. Tim, the creator, is amazing and the customer service is better than I could have dreamed.

I was struggling to do it all when all I wanted to do was take photos and meet cool people. Pixifi keeps me organized in a way I never thought possible. It also makes me look awesome with the client portal, digital contracts (using real signatures), questionnaires, reminders, expense reporting, income reporting... Etc. I can't imagine not having it now.

A business that practically runs itself, happier, more informed clients, a happy accountant, a piece of mind.

Cons

Best customer service in the industry. customization is VERY daunting. It felt like things were forced to look like one way. There was no personality about branding.

Pixifi makes the paperwork side of photography so easy and simple you will hardly spend time at all behind you desk, giving you plenty if time to make more money working with clients and more free time to enjoy your hard work.
