I have had the opportunity to test and work with several chatbot software and by far VisiRule was the best application, best support, excellent knowledge base, and simple but effective tool to use decision trees from informatics on websites logically. Pros Perceived ease of use with application level inference, conditional logic, deferred logic to form a variety of decision trees based on website information. Cons There could be more automated processes to develop decision trees from websites. Like web scraping.
