While large boards can become messy or slower over time, it’s still extremely effective when used with good structure and a clear purpose. **Pros:** It is how quickly it helps teams get aligned—whether it’s brainstorming, mapping flows, or running a workshop, everyone can contribute in real time without needing to be in the same room. I also really like how flexible it is: sticky notes, diagrams, templates, and frames make it easy to turn messy ideas into something structured and shareable. **Cons:** As boards get larger, Miro can start to feel a bit heavy—performance can slow down, and it becomes harder to find things unless the board is kept tidy.
