Pros Miro is easy to use, perfect for streamlining visual tracking and collaborative planning remotely. With Miro, we connect meeting inputs and organize workflow charts that are understandable to everyone. I loved the ready-made templates that provide the perfect starting point for any idea, ensuring ease of collecting inputs during them and organizing them in an attractive way. I loved the ease of adding updates at any time with documentation, and it is great that the ability to control permissions adds the necessary protection for boards from modifications and tampering. I wish AWS icons/templates were already included. The integration with Jira is good. Price is okay with the starter plan. Pros I like the diagramming/whiteboarding functionality. I like being able to share the board. Basic flowchart is good. I like the emphasis on collaboration. Works with Jira. Cons I wish the AWS templates were included. It is a pain to upgrade plans for some AWS icons. Lucidchart is better for this part. The fish bone template needs improvement. I wish I could embed timelines into slide decks/presentations. Gerade als Kreativer Mensch ein super Tool, da der Prozess oft nicht linear verläuft. Man kann daten sammeln, Moodboards erstellen und alles an einem Ort, auch wenn es verschiedenen Medien sind. Ich Kann Daten sammeln und vergleichen, aber auch visuell ziemlich coole Sachen erstellen wie z.B. Minde Maps oder Cluster. Oft nehme ich diese auch für Präsentationen her Pros Es ist wie eine analoge Pinnwand, ich kann mit dem pad notizen machen oder auch in Mindmaps arbeiten und meinen kreativen Kopf wüten lassen und im Nachhinein Sortieren. Man kann PDFs hochladen und in ihnen Blatter, Film, Audio, Images. Find ich super, dass man auch deine Projekte Teilen kann und somit auch gut ist um Präsenationen zu halten oder über Projekte zu diskutieren. Cons Manchmal dauert es bis die Boards geladen sind, ist aber nur der fall wenn sie wirklich schon ziemlich voll sind. Mich nervt es auch dass ich nicht ganz verstehe oder es hin bekomm die email Benachrichtigungen auszustellen, da man immer email bekommet zu wöchentlichen update oder wer auf dem eigenen Board aktiv war. I was having trouble with it so I switch to Miro, however, I'm solely using it for strategy diagrams for now. Pros How easy it is to start using. I didn't need a tutorial, granted I've used Figma to draw out digrams which is way harder to learn and perfect. Cons Just like Figma, why Is it so hard to zoom in and out as well as move throughout the board. There needs to be an easier way to do this. I always lose the board that I'm working on. Switched from [FigJam](https://www.capterra.com/p/265222/FigJam/) I switch from Figma Jam and Figma were too complicated to use. The learning curve is too high. The other team members still use Figjam. I find myself trying to do more than I need to in Miro, which is a good sign for what they're doing. Pros Super easy to create idea boards, show research, and keep everything in one spot. I love inviting members of my team to collaborate in a Miro doc. It's quite an interactive experience. Cons Miro is slowly becoming much more than just a collaboration space. I find the bloat in the software slows things down as they update their app. Similar to how Canva is for those who can't use Adobe. Miro is becoming like a Figma for those who want to explain how to better the user experience. I'd love to see more animation and transition functionality similar to what Figma has. I love that it's super easy to collaborate with colleagues using it (it's really helpful to use during group sessions or workshops!) and there are a ton of different features - even after using it for a couple of years I presume I'm still only scratching the surface of its capabilities. Besides being a fab tool for collaborative working, Miro is an all round handy platform to work from - whether that's to capture your initial draft thoughts on a project, to put together a project timeline, or to vote on actions as a group, the chances are that Miro can help you to document and achieve your goals Cons A frustration of mine is that large Miro boards with a lot of content on them can seemingly take forever to load, especially when you have a few of these open.
