I have managed to collaborate with my colleagues and team mates in various brainstorming sessions in style. Pros With Miro you can collaborate with teams to brainstorm or plan anything you like. Miro has a very attractive user interface and tools. There are tools that you can use to make mind maps like you draw from your hands. While working with teams we can see what others are doing in real time. Cons When you open miro what you get first is a big whiteboard and toolbox. We even use it in hybrid setting where some team members are together and others are remote to facilitate collaboration. Pros Miro replaces a lot of physical functions of our collaboration process. Mapping out flows, diagraming, and team whiteboarding can now be done digitally. The best part is it saves us time in having to digitize our outputs! Cons Licensing is pricey for the size of organization I am in. Pros Miro boasts of a plethora of features to aid you in visual collaboration. You can use lines, post-its, text box, and shapes to communicate and build a collaborative framework. The 'frame' feature is perhaps the most useful, as it allows you to group the elements placed on the board. The grouped elements in the frame can all be moved together, so you don't have to worry about the hassle of moving each piece. Cons When I was using Miro in Chrome, zooming in and out via my mouse was not working. Instead, I had to use a navigation map or box. On Safari, I had no issues with the software. It is easy to work with the stickies especially if you need to note down things in your works. It is also really easy to mark the flow for a work in miro. Very easy to draw flow charts. Cons It would have been nice if miro had the features for adding some shadows as well along with the drawing feature.
