Some additional duplication and connection features would speed up the mapping process, however with time users become accustomed to the functionality and, overall, the tools are quite workable. Pros The navigation between screens and shared viewing/user tracking are extremely intuitive and allow for co-working without requiring a restrictive experience via single-user screenshare. Cons The text organization and merging of mapping items could be more intuitive. For users that are particular about the cleanliness of their visuals, expect to take some time to revisit your work to create a uniform experience.
