Miro was the brainstorming tool I didn't know I needed. While creating a survey for our company. Miro was a lifesaver in planning the questions, answers, and the paths each survey taker would take depending on their answers. Not only is this an amazing tool for organizing thoughts, but to create marketing funnels, email newsletter sequences, and more. This was especially helpful for someone new to these types of software. Cons Miro can be a bit limiting in terms of functionalities beyond low-fidelity wireframing and idea management. If you can't think of a good visualization approach, you can use of many templates for different purposes that are prebuilt and are availble for free. Pros I love the capability of Miro to create mind maps. I use it to create breakdowns about sales prospecting methods. I also create cheat sheets using it, it's the best out there for it! Cons You can be less creative with Miro than on other similar tools. I'd like to be more free when I create components. Pros I first discovered Miro when looking for a tool to help with visual planning for my blog content. I found it really easy to use - with intuitive onboarding that helped me get started within minutes. Cons The UI looks a little dated in places and some of the visual elements are poorly designed. It's great for internal use but I wouldn't feel comfortable presenting to customers.
