Cons Reporting features could be enhanced - although perhaps this is something we are just not utilizing effectively. The robust tracking and requirements system allows us to customize exactly what we want to track. The interface is simple and intuitive for anyone familiar with web-based programs. Cons Our implementation case requires that we input everything manually, which is an ongoing process. The benefit of strong customization is also a negative for setup as the process is taking longer for us to fully customize to our needs; therefore, we are not achieving the full benefits of the system. It is so user friendly that I did not really need to set up call. I have used support several times to ask about a few things, but it was easy and fast Pros You can have unlimited entities. You can easily keep up with all information needed and see all on a report or dashboard. LOVE the additional of the board meeting room and the ability to keep minutes. That was a bonus for us.
