The robust tracking and requirements system allows us to customize exactly what we want to track. The interface is simple and intuitive for anyone familiar with web-based programs. Cons Our implementation case requires that we input everything manually, which is an ongoing process. The benefit of strong customization is also a negative for setup as the process is taking longer for us to fully customize to our needs; therefore, we are not achieving the full benefits of the system. It is so user friendly that I did not really need to set up call. I have used support several times to ask about a few things, but it was easy and fast Pros You can have unlimited entities. You can easily keep up with all information needed and see all on a report or dashboard. LOVE the additional of the board meeting room and the ability to keep minutes. That was a bonus for us.
