"IDA loves FAMIS 360"

Overall: We have had FAMIS for 4 years now, and our overall experience is very good; the 1000 plus population can report to our on-prem HelpDesk problems in the offices, restroom, conference rooms; and a work order is sent to FAMIS for engineer or technician work

Pros: We like the tracking Work Orders portion of the product. And we love working with [sensitive content hidden] monthly; he adds quite a bit of value!

Cons: We need more APIs from cloud to on-prem systems and back--even from EMS to FAMIS API interfaces would be nice.

Alternatives Considered: Microsoft 365
Reasons for Choosing FAMIS 360: Was the best value for the price! The demo and services after were stronger than other vendors!

"Sue’s FAMIS360 Survey"

Overall: Very good, again ease of use and setup and the support team is very responsive when issues arise.

Pros: Ease of use and setup and can be accessed by everyone in a company. Ease of integrating with Serraview

Cons: Providing more restrictions so if you set up an integration that notices would alert the user they should not be allowed to reassign a ticket to anyone other than who it was setup to go to. We find that to be an issue for some of our accounts

"Software anyone can use"

Pros: Great connection, easy to use and setup considering with our company of over 100 locations. Like the controls and what we can do with our team to make services easier for our field department

Cons: Some of the upgrades are expensive. Follow up calls involve too much when you know the path you're going down.
