I have personally used this tool and it is very friendly. I must assure that the adoption ratio will be high because of their simplicity. Moreover their designing is too good which makes non technical person to use it with minimum training.

Pros

User friend tool with minimum training required. Most important thing is pricing is tool low and we can install on our premises.

Cons

Need more product marketing to make awareness.
