I Love , as I daily download ERA's from here and post them in our software, this give easy access to day-to-day ERA's and show in categorical wise and provides reviewed and Un reviewed ERA's. Tebra is an easily accessible software for all providers

Pros

Showing ERA's in detail and categorised is very helpful for providers and others to download and verify the information. It is very Easy to Use and Value for Money. Its helps in Managing Patient Records and Claims.

Cons

User Interface of should be more interactive as it is more like old traditional one. The user interface should be more interactive and helpful for the providers. Also, to report any misiing patient records there should easy way to communicate with the support team immediately.

Positive experience, I was skeptical when acquired Kareo but it has been great. I have seen so many improvements in the last 6-12 months.

Pros

is constantly adding features and listening to customers and making great up grades. I've been using Tebra(Kareo) for over 8 years and it just keeps getting better. The help is great, I can send a message to customer care and get the answers I need. When I call I get exceptional help also. I have done every job in our medical office with the exception of being a provider!

Cons

I started billing over 2 years ago and there is a learning curve but I have received a lot of support.

It has been a great experience so far. Just started a month ago. Enjoying the platform and the EMR is very easy to navigate. The help videos are very informative.

Pros

The onboarding support has been great! My initial consultant \[sensitive content hidden\] was fabulous. They answer questions same day and the response turn around for issues has been great as well.

Cons

I am not able to use the Payments because I offer some Med Spa services that are not allowed for credit/debit card transactions per policy.

Pros

I used services for over 6 years. They were incredibly helpful for my practice. I have a very small staff and the online booking feature has been great in reducing the number of phone calls we need to answer and making it easier for patients to schedule off hours. The online reviews have been a huge boost to our reputation. Their services included website design and support.

Cons

The only reason I had to terminate services was due to technical glitches in the integration with my EHR PM system.

AGAINST WHAT I WAS PROMISED WHEN I JOINED THEY SWITCHED US TO BILLING PER CLAIM! They bundle your clearing house billing for a reason.

Pros

Nothing. I initially thought that it was an adequate billing software. I struggled to build reports and to track claims in it.

Cons

The software is very primitive looking. There was never a real update even when they changed the name.

Regarding the rejected claim notifications, there should be an easier way to understand why a claim was rejected and how to resolve the issue. The online customer support is not helpful; I find myself having to call every time I need assistance. Additionally, the patient record system for processing payments needs improvement to facilitate easier payment collection. Since we are already being charged for the system and other fees, I don't understand why there are additional charges for collecting payments.

Pros

Learning to code is easy. It is easy to download EOB directly from the app. It is easy to check the schedule, like in other EMR systems.

Cons

Communication with the team online is difficult. It's hard to understand how notes work in the app, and using payment options to charge the patient is challenging.

### "Great customer service agent."

has been ok, it gets the job done. In my experience with Tebra’s customer service agents, I have never met anyone as excellent, empathetic, and passionate about getting the work done as \[sensitive content hidden\]. He called back on a Friday, even after his shift was over, and he stayed on to solve the pending problem, which he did due to his skills and patience. Throughout the call, he was patient and even solved another impromptu problem. He needs to be hired to train those other customer service agents. I had called some weeks ago for assistance with setting up my insurance portal. This agent spoke to me like I was a child; you could hear him puffing air as if he had somewhere to be. When I signed up to use Tebra, the trainer had a thick accent and was so impatient. Others were ready to pass the job on in a short while, especially if they couldn't solve it on the first try.

Pros

It's just like other EHRs, gets the job done. Once my contract is up, I am moving to another, so I can keep my overhead cost lower.

Cons

The cost, the upcharge/increase ever so often, you are already one of the most expensive anyway, EHR, you have a high cost for simple things that should be free, like an AI assistant.

### "BUYER BEWARE: NOT FIT FOR SMALL OR LARGE MEDICAL PRACTICES!"

Over the three years I was with this company, it was bought out twice, each time bringing more instability rather than improvement. Their clearinghouse was so unreliable that I had to resort to conducting billing directly through insurance portals just to get claims processed. Customer support was consistently unhelpful, and there was never any attempt to ask why I was leaving—because the issues are well known, and they simply don’t care to address them. The lack of accountability and functionality made staying unsustainable, and moving on was the best decision.

Pros

offers a fairly decent charting system, which can be a positive aspect of the platform. However, unless you have dedicated assistance, transitioning away from it comes at a steep price—potentially costing thousands just to obtain your own data. This makes the system feel more like a financial trap than a truly provider-friendly solution.

Cons

presents itself as a comprehensive solution for providers, yet in reality, it falls short in every critical area. The clearinghouse consistently rejects claims, making the billing process inefficient and unreliable. Additionally, the requirement to download a desktop version just to conduct billing is outdated and inconvenient. To make matters worse, customer service is unresponsive, often taking days or even weeks to provide assistance. This platform fails to deliver on its promises, creating more frustration than solutions.

Overall, I have found to be efficient and effective in the sense that it has been simple and easy to navigate when creating a note.

Pros

was easy to use and was simple to figure out how to use the system. Very user friendly as opposed to other systems. Also the AI mechanisms allow for the note to look more professional and corrects any errors that I may make accidently while typing.

Cons

Only con was somtimes in the middle of a note if the note had been open for too long the system would shut off and I would lose some of my note.

Bugs and issues are always a frustration, and we realize is an internet based company but when the weather is bad and we lose internet.... frustrating. Why can't Tebra coax Mother Nather to straighten up! LOL

So far okay. I don't have major complaints but dealing with other EMR/EHR's I can see the difference in others compared to what offers.

Pros

I like how user friendly it is. Even if you are a first time user it is pretty easy to figure out where things are.

Cons

I would prefer things like the patient intake forms and create a patient to be on the dashboard when I first sign in. I wish there were other versions and customization options based on practice type outside of just note templates.

Overall experince so far has been good except for my interactions with the said onboarding representative.

Pros

So far so good with onboarding with some ups and downs. I am still getting acustomed to , it is my first time to use it and its pretty straight forward. I have attemted to solve this privately by having a supervisor call me but I was left on hold endlessly with no resolution.

Cons

I had a horrible experience with my onboarding manager. He said out loud an obscene word to me because I was having issues with enrolling for scheduled drugs. I was shocked at how unprofessional and unethical he handled the situation. He seemed very bossy and spoke over me each time. I understand they have a taskful job, but I also understand what customer service is. I am a healthcare provider, starting out and will not let people like him hinder me from excelling.... Such bad experience!!

Pros

I have been with Kareo/ since 2019 and have loved the service they provide. It is easy to learn and easy to use. The customer service is always there! The tools are great!

Cons

Honestly, there is not much I don't like. Last year there was an annual fee added on and that was disappointing because it was for a service I do not use, and there was a lot of back and forth to get it resolved.

Overall my experience with has been positive. I have only been using it for a few months and have found that the online support is extremely helpful, including screenshots, and most of the issues I have encountered are more due to my lack of knowledge than the product.

Pros

is so easy to use and the customer support is top notch. I can normally find answers to all of my questions in Tebra U. The few times I've had to call, the person I spoke with was patient, made sure they clearly understood my questions and walked me through everything I needed to know.

Cons

I don't like that I can't change the payer on a claim once it's been sent. Having to add new insurance as a secondary once it's been attached to a claim can sometimes be confusing.

My experience with is fantastic. I have used a lot of different EMR systems, but Tebra is by far the best! I am able to manage when my patients are coming and what they need before the appointment even starts! If I ever need to, I can go back and look at patient records if I'm ever doing an injection. It's absolutely phenomenal!

Pros

I love how I am able to guide through the system with ease! I have never had a problem with it since I have gained access!

Cons

I don't have anything I dislike! I think the only thing I don't really like is just the lay out of the Notes. That is really it.

It took a few uses to get used to it but now it's very user friendly. Have only needed customer service once but they were SO helpful and really knowledgeable without a lot of fluff - definitely respectful of my time.

Pros

Overall easy to use and easy to bill. Patients find the video helpful and really reliable as long as there's a good internet/cellular connection.

Cons

I wish the app would let me send controlled substances, for on the go work, and I wish there was a voice dictation option

Extremely upsetting. One would think that if their employees receive a paycheck that they would at least care that I have not.

Pros

I wouldn't know. It is 3 months in, have been paying complete monthly charge and still in my training period.

Cons

Worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. Still waiting for training. We have called, emailed, sent carrier pigeons and nothing. Cancelled patients one morning waiting for a zoom call; no one called. Two weeks later \[sensitive content hidden\] apologized saying she had the wrong date on her calendar. Going to another company.
