Cons

Seeing who scheduled what and also fax confirmations for outgoing referrals. - would like to have those things implemented.

The fact that a remote biller can call and have a real person pick up the call quickly and solve a problem is worth it all.

Pros

When I called with several "Rejection" and "Internal" issues, \[sensitive content hidden\] walked me through the process. Very Patient!

Cons

Previous calls have been slightly challenging in communicating concepts through accents. Slower pace is helpful.

### "Tebra is the Lamborghini of EHRs!"

I love ! I used it during my clinical rotations back when it was Kareo along with others and it stood out to me because it felt sooooo simple to learn, I was a pro with it after my first day working with it as a student. I also have used others such as Practice Fusion, Charm, Athena, Osmind, Epic, Healthie etc, and this by FAR is the best value for the peace of mind it brings your operations. There are EMRs that advertise as "free up to X number of patients", but no financial incentive with cause me to break up with Tebra! This is the best of the best!

Pros

All in one, Simple, Narrative yet customizable, user friendly, easy on the eyes, and very easy to learn and navigate.

Cons

Disappointed that it doesn't link yet with google calendars, my ONLY complaint. Please get this feature.

### "Organization easy"

It is a good program, much better than previous ones I have seen and I am very content with the workflow it allows.

Pros

Very organized, a layout as neat and color as makes workflow much easier. Also better on the eyes.

Cons

I do think the making of appointments could be tweaked. Like making it easier to view existing appointments and edit them without resetting.

is a great records system for busy clinicians. It gets easier the more I use it. I believe it's offering great value for the money we spend.

Pros

I like the ease of use, especially when providing progress notes and the excellent customer support, which is very helpful during busy workdays. The training opportunities are also an added bonus.

Cons

What I like least is not being able to see future appointments on the same screen as the calendar but they are all available on the demographics page

### "Tebra is easy to use and very functional "

So great! I'm so pleased with it. It's one of the easier systems I've used. The flow and aesthetic is great as it's more updated looking than other systems. The tabs are easy to flow and very intuitive.

Pros

I prefer over the other EMR system we're using. Very easy. Free typing which is great. Easy to see my schedule, it's very clearly outlined. I love being able to pull through my old notes so I can review while I'm typing new ones. It's so easy and the layout is very clear to follow.

Cons

I don't like how when I open my dashboard, it never shows the current day. I have to click "go to today" in order for it to show the right day.

Overall its a very easy to use EMR system and I would recommend to pediatric speech clinics.

Pros

was very convenient for scheduling, uploading documents, and charging copays. Also billing was easier than current EMR system.

Cons

Messaging parents would not always work as the automated messages would not always ne received by parent.

So far has been good thus far. Tebra is a new system that I am learning at the moment and will continue to use in the future.

Pros

I really like the flow of how easy it is to type notes and it saves as you go. My client's or patient's enjoy that the link gets sent to them.

There is nothing that I like least of yet with . I just started this week with Tebra. I will update when I have had more experience with it.

### "poor service and poor customer service"

Very bad - the worst came after it came time for me to transitioin out. It would take the loyalty team or accont manager atleast one month to get back with a reply, sometimes never. then you get auto replies saying that the reply will get further delayed if you message repeatedly! The customer service team never told me that, my account would still be active even after i went to read only mode. They were charging me more every month for account activity that was not initiated by me and that was beyond my control. I was upset enough that, i did a credit card dispute for part of the extra amount just to let them know of my displeasure, as my phone calls and emails fell on deaf ears..answers such as "you should have known", very unprofessional. Not acceptable. I am being hounded by collections since then.

Pros

The sales team is pretty good until the contract is signed and they disappear and you are left with hardly any support

Cons

EMR - each part of saop in a separate box, the template is very hard to work with PM software - financials esp with patients with more then one insurance gets confusing

Love it. There has been no issues like I ve run across with other EMRs. I have worked with several over the years, but this one is my favorite and for the patients its better than most.

Pros

I love the ease of use. Better than EMRs I have worked with in my years as an CCMA. I have not gotten far into the program thuds far for myself, i love it.

Cons

Nothing so far, its been a great experience. There's always more to learn as an certified clinical medical assistant, anything that helps me work well and communicate to my patients is great.

I love the University. I love the self guided modules as well as the ability to learn live. This allowed me to maximize my learning.

Cons

I would like for an agent to be able to come in house for training as well. Some of the functioning could be a bit more user friendly as well.

### "Ease of use, seamless onboarding"

Positive experience. There is both an online and support onboarding process, so I can watch videos and then meet virtually with my onboarding coach who answers any questions i have.

Pros

is easy to use, and the onboarding process has been seamless. If i've had any questions, I'm able to easily get someone on the phone to help guide me

Cons

I haven't had any issues so far. I'm newer to the program, but i don't have anything negative to say.

Everyone has been extremely helpful and takes the time to really break down everything for you.

Pros

it is incredibly intuitive software. From payments to full integration with your website, it is a game changer. I look forward to using it.

Cons

It’s pretty intensive. It has a steep learning curve and takes a fair amount of setup when you have to run your business and try to intergrate at the same time. Lots of minutia..

Amazing experience start to finish my on boarding pro \[sensitive content hidden\] is an absolute ace. She is very patient and took her time to know exactly what our needs were and to help me through every step of the way.

Pros

amazingly, easy to use. The team from on boarding to sales to anybody I’ve talked to there is faster respond and really knows what they’re talking about.

Honestly, there isn’t much to not like. I really have not found one thing that I would say I’d like the least about any of my time with .

### "Not Too Bad"

I've worked with almost 3 years since being at this office. We have had issues since the beginning. Usually, they get worked out and are ok. The cancelled appts remaining on the schedule and inability to cancel via escribe has not been fixed. It takes a lot of time to call pharmacies to cancel meds.

Pros

Calendar organization is nice along with fairly easily ability to put in blocks on the schedule.

Cons

Issues with removing appts and they pop back up on the calendar after cancelled. No longer able to cancel scripts via escribe like we could in the past.

I am satisfied at this point, especially since this is a new private practice, with little use at this time.

Pros

The one-on-one onboarding coach assigned to you, and the online classes to reinforce the software. Additionally, University is always available, as is the support center—integration of E-labs and a robust package for one fee.

Cons

The calendar is not able to be integrated into my Google Calendar. There are not enough screening tools to come as standard within the specialty of psychiatry.

Honest, fair and efficient. They have been very pleasant to work with and I would recommend them to my peers.

Cons

Although the pricing is fair, my budget is very tight so money is an issue for me. They were able to break down the fee over a 6 month period which was helpful.
